I had an excellent experience here. I absolutely loved my room was spacious with a beautiful view. The bed was very comfortable which was great as I have a bad back.
The staff were were fantastic ! They suggested many places for me to visit and made me feel comfortable.
The night staff especially Omar true gentleman! Extremely helpful.
The swimming pool and hammam were top tier. Must go.
The decor and the lobby area felt just like home, beautifully decorated.
The tram and food shops are 2/3mins walk. So convenient. I love everything about my stay here except the last morning as I was woken up by some builders which is minor when you have an amazing place to stay.

The main thing is that the hotel is in a good location, in the city center, and the front desk service is very good. I used to stay in the Ibis next to the train station for convenience, but that one is much worse than this one. I will stay here again next time I come.

Very old room and bathroom without equipment (for my part without shower curtain..)
I didn't know before arriving but the parking lot must be booked in advance (15€/d) otherwise impossible to put your car and the streets around meh meh
The advantage would be the location... there is the Joliette metro at 50m

Great location, close to metro, good room size and clean. The small pantry with extra sink is helpful when another person is using the toilet.
A minor problem is that the hairdryer is attached in the toilet, have to wait for 1 person done using the hair dryer before the next person can use the toilet.

The guy at the counter was very welcoming, and the big bathtub was great, making it a comfortable bath and rest. Bathrobes and slippers are provided. The room has a direct view of the port, which is very convenient for eating at night. Breakfast is also great, with fruit, hot eggs, and hot coffee. An extra room for luggage.

The overall facilities and services are far above the price (for the European average), the communication is smooth, and after a heart-to-heart talk, one of the rooms was successfully upgraded to a harbor view. This kind of thoughtful service is basically not seen in Europe, and it is rare in China (I am a Marriott Platinum in China, which may not be high enough)
The hotel restaurant is also good. It was windy and rainy on the first night of stay, so we ate directly in the restaurant. It cost less than 200 euros for three people, which is much more comfortable than those tourist restaurants.

The room was very clean and spacious. The area felt quite safe in Marseille, and we had a pleasant three-night stay. There's a shopping mall and plenty of food options nearby. It's only two metro stops from the train station, which is very convenient.

The hotel is located in the old town, the location is very convenient, the attractions are basically within walking distance, and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The room is relatively small, but very distinctive, with a very Spanish balcony. The front desk is very kind and enthusiastic.

Ffanfanlatulipe18I arrived at the hotel at around 1pm, and the front desk gave me the room directly (a room on the fifth floor). I paid a deposit of 100 euros on my credit card. When I entered the room, I saw that it was a room without windows on the wall (I booked a room with a small bed), so I called the front desk and asked him to change me to a room with windows on the wall instead of a room with windows on the roof. Their front desk reception was very enthusiastic and sent a colleague to take me to see another similar room on the fourth floor. Although there was a small window on the wall, the room was relatively small and not as good as the room with skylight on the fifth floor. So I decided to choose the room with skylight on the fifth floor. Check-in was still very pleasant. I met five or six front desk receptionists in total. Everyone was very enthusiastic. Maybe because I speak French, they answered all my questions. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is a five-minute walk from the Joliette subway station and there is a tramway. There are Carrefour, Monoprix and Franprix next to the hotel. The last three photos are a hamburger restaurant next to the hotel, which is a one or two-minute walk from the hotel. The average price per person is about 17 or 18 euros, and it is very delicious. From the photos you can see that the hotel is very close to Notre Dame Le Major. The hotel is relatively quiet and a good choice.

DDandelionGreat location with friendly staff and very comprehensive amenities. Having two sinks - one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom - was very convenient. However, the hotel doesn’t actually have on-site laundry service for guests, and the toilet seat and toilet paper holder both fell off by the second night. Our room was also never made up in the three nights we stayed there. But for this price, I am very happy with my hotel experience here!!

GGuest UserThe collateral of 250 euros , only credit cards are required to pay . We have been trying for an hour to get the number when we leave as the collateral money does not return sometimes. It turns out we had to study on our hotel website, the rules of return of the pledge. What you have to take out the garbage, remove the room, almost wash the floors. It is clear that all the equipment should be in order. As a result, thank you very much for helping us the chief service manager, she is from Ukraine and we have resolved the conflict. Thank you very much for helping Tatiana, otherwise we would have to look for another hotel and would still have to return us the money for the room. The company broker wrote that money had already been transferred to the hotel , the hotel said that money had not been received. Ping-punk!
