Great location with friendly staff and very comprehensive amenities. Having two sinks - one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom - was very convenient. However, the hotel doesn’t actually have on-site laundry service for guests, and the toilet seat and toilet paper holder both fell off by the second night. Our room was also never made up in the three nights we stayed there. But for this price, I am very happy with my hotel experience here!!

Great location, walkingdistancefrom everything. Breakfast was included, but nothing to wow about. Overall, it was a nice hotel for the price I've paid. The only one complaint i have is luggage storage time. You can't collect your luggage between 12pm and 3pm, which is very inconvenient. What is the point of closing the storage if the staff there anyway. Otherwise, I would give it a 5 star.

Facilities: Furniture is old and damaged. Walls are stained and yellow.
Hygiene: The pictures are different from the real thing. Even if you stay for 5 days, there is no cleaning. If you have to book this room, it is recommended to leave after staying for a single day.
Environment: The pictures are different from the real thing. From the elevator to the room, it is like walking in a maze. Don't try it if you are timid.

Advantages: Good location, very convenient transportation, complete surrounding facilities, shopping, sightseeing, and dining are all close. It is very close to the Old Port of Marseille. I stayed in Room 18, and I could see the Old Port from the window. The service was good. You should pay attention to the business hours of the front desk when storing your luggage. The only drawback may be that it is not soundproof. The motorcycles on the road are a bit noisy at night.
