My friend and I stayed here our last night in M****ille after having gone on a Zumba Cruise. We were very pleased with the hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. They helped us with a small medical emergency that my friend had without us having to ask for help. They allowed us to come down early for breakfast. The buffet is small but had very nice things to offer Including two types of fresh-baked croissants, different cheeses, yogurt, cereal, good coffee, juice, and more. The room was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel has an elevator, which is more than can be said for a lot of places in France. We were In a nice walking distance of Notre Dame de la Garde. There was not a lot of storage space in the room, but it was fine for us. The neighborhood was quiet, but it was Sunday. I think there was a metro very close by. The decor was very cute.

Very nice hotel, close to the center and there were some parking spots close to the hotel. The staff was very nice and we enjoyed the breakfast too. The room was very spacious and we had a nice view to the street. The room was very clean and it had everything we needed

Great hotel, helpful staff especially reception. The staff could not do enough. Good location also and lots to do in the area. Enjoyed our visit and will return. Rooms were clean and airy, so no problems

Nous avons séjourné avec mon conjoint dans cet hôtel durant un week end. Ayant regarder au préalable regarder les hôtels durant plusieurs jours, nous avons choisi celui-ci au vu de la "qualité" qu'ils prétendaient présenté. Nous avons donc payer 210 € pour 2 nuits... Arrivé dans la chambre c'est la déception absolue !!! Chambre sombre, baignoire minuscule, aucun débit d'eau, lit qui grince, rideaux présentant des tâches, fond des toilettes marron, ascenseur en panne pile a notre étage et j'en passe beaucoup d'autre. Ayant tenté de prendre un bain je peux vous dire que l'eau qui coule n'a rien à envier à celle du Vieux Port..... Peut être avons nous eu une chambre médiocre ?? Seul point positif : il y avait la clim ! Au vue des prix pour la qualité, fuyez !!!

Réception à peine agréable et 1h pour faire le check-in de 2 personnes avant de faire le nôtre. Après trois nuits, on demande, pour le travail à faire un check-out à 12h15 au lieu de 12h et on obtient un simple non. Ascenseur cassé et on entend le réceptionniste dire à une cliente qu'il veut que les clients aillent se plaindre ailleurs... la classe. Moquette dans les couloirs et les chambres qui doit dater de 1990 avec le design et les tâches bien voyantes associées. La chambre était sale à notre arrivée (chips sur le bureau et rognures d'ongles...) avec une horrible odeur de parfum bon marché et très présente portée par la clim, probablement pour cacher l'odeur du système de ventilation mal entretenu. Serviettes qui doivent avoir 3 ans, et l'odeur associée. Lorsqu'on demande un fer à repasser, on obtient un appareil hors d'âge, cassé à plusieurs endroits avec de grosse tâches brunes qui comme prévu se transfèrent sur les vêtements. Le câble est dénudé à plusieurs endroit, et quand on fait la remarque, on obtient un "bah y a pas de raison de toucher le fil". Bref, que ce soit pour le travail ou pour le plaisir, je ne peux que vous encourager à fuir ce trou à rat.

Cet hôtel est très bien situé - dans un bon quartier - pour visiter le centre ville de M****ille à pieds. Entièrement rénové, les chambres sont confortables et très propres. Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel. Service de bagagerie pour les arrivées du matin ou les départs tardifs. Je recommande.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel. Rien à dire sur le personnel, le petit déjeuner et la localisation. En revanche la chambre était glaciale et c’est pour cela que j’ai donné sur *********** une note de 5/10. Conséquence l’hôtel m’a prélevé 200€ au prétexte que nous aurions cassé une fenêtre ce qui est totalement mensonger.La photo qu’ils ont fait parvenir à *********** n’est même pas celle de notre chambre. Depuis on sollicite en vain ***********. Évitez cet établissement et surtout faites bien l’état des lieux avant de quitter l’hôtel.

Hôtel d'excellente qualité que je recommande. Le personnel est fort sympathique et avenant . L'établissement est propre (récemment rénové), les chambres propres et confortables et la literie de très bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuner est correct. L'hôtel est bien situé dans un quartier très commerçant, proche de toutes commodités. Il y a la station de métro Estrangin toute proche mais le trajet à pied jusqu'au Vieux port ne prend qu'une quinzaine de minutes. Ce fut mon deuxième passage dans cet hôtel et je compte bien y retourner.

Personal muy antipático, en concreto en recepción. En todo momento el señor de la recepción nos hizo notar que le molestábamos. En ningún caso nos ayudó dejando claro que este no era su trabajo, aún cuando en el hotel sólo había otra habitación ocupada. El desayuno muy escaso y el café horrible.
