We checked into the hotel late afternoon following a train journey from Toulouse. Very small street frontage and wouldn’t be difficult to miss. Small lobby area combined with breakfast area. Check in was ok but very impersonal. Not too welcoming. Then into the very very small lift. In fact small described every aspect of this hotel. Our room was basically a box room and the walls ceiling and corridors were very close. I gave mild claustrophobia and the lift in particular (2 person max and felt like a horizontal coffin) was a stress. If you are really claustrophobic, dont stay here. Having said all that, the supplied breakfast each day though small and limited was nice enough. Fairly clean overall. Not suited for a multi-day stay in my opinion. More suited as an overnighter but don’t expect too much. Location to old port is excellent- 5 to 20 min walk.

The location is perfect, the rooms are clean, bed&pillow are comfy, the view is amazing and of course the staff are so humble and kind, especially Alicia who was so welcoming & helpful.. highly recommended!!!!

Paid €400 a night, €250 too much, hotel is in bad need of a refurbishment, very dated and rooms and lift are tiny. A\C is poor too. Curtains had holes in them No breakfast for €400 a night had to believe. good location

Cold reception. Room not in accordance with the site, very very small. Cockroach style insect in the shower. Coffee machine that didn't work. In the morning when you wake up... the cleaning lady comes in without knocking or anything!!!! Oops sorry Only positive point: the location

Room on the 1st floor....fortunately because of the very long wait before the elevator arrives. Room not recommended for people measuring over 1.65 cm. As the shower is raised, be careful not to hit your head on the ceiling. E the taps are very low, very very low.... No cleaning, bed to be redone by the customer. Hair at the top of the door, mosquitoes squashed on the walls. The TV is not facing the bed. The only positive point, Hotel near the port. Welcoming hostess unlike the room.

Very small room, we clearly cannot move around with 3 people. Fortunately we only planned to sleep there. TV crooked, we are afraid of dropping it, air conditioning present but noisy. Tiny bathroom, you can't even sit properly on the toilet because your knees are in the sink (I'm 1m63 tall) And finally the tiny elevator too, 3 of us (including a child) were just coming home . All for 90e, it hurts...
