From the balcony, View of seaport with the Notre Dame is wonderful. Room is very clean.
24-hours Reception with high security to keep the keys of residents.

The guy at the counter was very welcoming, and the big bathtub was great, making it a comfortable bath and rest. Bathrobes and slippers are provided. The room has a direct view of the port, which is very convenient for eating at night. Breakfast is also great, with fruit, hot eggs, and hot coffee. An extra room for luggage.

This hotel had two children (ages 8 and 10) and two adults stay for one night, and even though they knew they were children, they asked for the city tax for four adults and did not refund the money.
They said it was a mistake to ask for the adult rate (they were always with the children) and did not refund the money.
They kept saying they would refund the money from the morning until noon, but they did not refund the money even after a day had passed.
This hotel is a hotel that pretends to be a mistake and takes the adult city tax from children and keeps delaying the refund by saying they will refund it.
If you are traveling with children, please check the city tax. I started to hate Marseille because of this hotel.
I stayed at this hotel with two children (ages 8, 10 and two adults). Despite knowing the kids were with me, they charged me the city tax for four adults and haven’t refunded it. They said in the morning that they would process it by noon, but it’s now 6 PM and I still haven’t received it. They deceived me and lied to me.
