The hotel was quiet (provided your window closes well...), But the darkening curtains were old, and see through. They really provide the minimum Accor benefits for a gold/platinum/diamond member. No way to get a welcome drink for the two occupants of the room, and no gift as a benefit. Moreover it is the only hotel in the town that does not participate in the free breakfast at weekend benefit. Please take that into account. It is not advertised anywhere and we were told that we had to check it for ourselves on Accor website. The hotel takes a lot of advantages by using the name Mercure and attracts status members but they do not take this responsibility seriously and give the benefits as they see fit. The customer is not in a position to negotiate what benefits they want, so why is it so easy for a hotel to opt out?

Public transportation is right in front of the hotel, so you can move around as much as you want. The only downside this year is the swimming pool, which really has many shortcomings. Superior location. The hotel has good facilities. In front of the gate is the river. It's safe, too. I do a lot of running in the morning. Next to it is a new shopping mall. Later, I found that there are many noodles to eat. You can also see the scenery outside. Very good.

To be honest, when I first arrived at the hotel, I felt trapped and I couldn't see the sea view in the picture. In fact, there is still some distance from the seaside in the hotel. Parking is not free, and you have to make an appointment in advance. If you don't make an appointment in advance, the car can only be parked in the parking lot outside. The parking fee is super expensive. I personally feel that this hotel is not cost-effective.

The service is very good. The environment is quiet and safe. There are McDonald's, Carrefour, pharmacies, etc. all around. I will choose this store next time I come here. It's a great experience. Both check-in and check-out are very smooth. I was worried before coming here. Regarding safety issues, I didn’t expect to choose a hotel with such good security.
