Broke up a long drive down south. Friendly welcome from the man at reception. Rooms are average, decor a little tired but comfy bed and air con =good nights sleep. TV screen and the kids enjoyed the little mezzanine floor in the family rooms. Parking outside and lots of fast food restaurants and supermarkets for food.

Retour de vacances et nous avons tout eu sur la route... bouchons, orages, perte de plus de 2 heures. On commençait à se dire que notre réservation allait sauter mais qu'elle surprise et plaisir de recevoir un appel de la réception pour nous donner les éléments d'accès afin de pouvoir accéder rapidement à la chambre malgré l'heure tardive de notre arrivée. La chambre familiale est grande, la literie confortable et si un autre voyageur n'avait pas frappé à la mauvaise porte le lendemain matin en nous réveillant ça aurait vraiment été plus que parfait 🤦

Réservation de 2 chambres: moisissure dans les salles de bains, porte extérieur avec serrure endommagées avec pièce métallique dépassant à hauteur de visage d'enfant, coupures électriques et panne de climatisateur. Au prix que l'on a payé, on ne pensait pas vivre ce genre d'expérience. L'hôtel étant plein, nous n'avons ni pu changer de chambre ni obtenir de geste commercial. Nous sommes repartis le plus tôt possible après avoir difficilement ou trouver une place au petit déjeuner.

Chambre infestée de punaises de lit, pas de gardien de nuit pour nous renseigner sur la conduite à tenir pour un (éventuel) dédommagement ! Un soir de départ en vacances pas de solution de repli ... nous avons donc fait demi-tour et sommes rentrés à 4 heures du matin sans avoir dormi, avec tout le danger que ça suppose

Le lit est cassé, il grince au moindre geste, la clim ne marche pas, elle crache du chauffage toute la nuit, au moins 30 degrés à l’étage impossible de refroidir la pièce. En plus du matelas qui fait 5cm d’épaisseur, nous avons passé une très bonne nuit (c’est faux)

Bonjour, C'est l'hôtel choist pour un week-end à DIJON. Il est bien situé et pratique à seulement 10 minutes du centre ville. Il est propre et le rapport qualité/prix est correct . Literie confortable. Slts, Eric CL
