Arrived last week 19th May, had a moan about lady on reception, still feeling the same, but food lovely now, fried eggs yahoo, loads, good choice of foods, wine is OK,beer put a dash of lemonade ok,thank you management,holidays now going fine, other lady on reception lovely, its now a lovely all inclusive, cheers cm,

Mostly good holiday, with staff trying to please. Let down by no air conditioning yet this month, and building works on the beach. Rooms very hot at night. After the noisy working, the sand on part of the beach had large and small stones. Not ideal for bare feet, and could have been easily sorted. Gym states State if the art equipment. What year was that? 2 running machines, one constantly out of order, no working air con, and rusty, old machines. No floor mats either. Manager doesn't speak English, but French and German. A lot of good at this hotel, but could be better. Thank you .

When we did get a room after looking at three is was right at the rear of the hotel. The other rooms were poor one star if you wore rose tinted glasses. The room we ended up with was in an apartment block it was airy and clean nice bathroom. When we stayed there was a problem with the electrics and at 3:30 each morning the doors woolly open and the emergency lights would come on. This problem was solved after three nights of our early alarm call. Because it was end of season the management moved us to the main building for our third and final weeks stay. Well what a let down. Small rooms not well appointed and no double bed just two singles pushes together To add insult to injury the management decided to switch the ac off. The problem with this was we were working a week of nights so yes it’s nice and cold at night but still 24 plus during the day. Breakfast was of a very poor quality and not warm for hot items and cold item warm. Staff were very helpful in every area of operation

a prima vista la struttura centrale è veramente bella,però poi una volta arrivati in stanza ti accorgi veramente che non si tratta assolutamente di una struttura a 4 stelle tanto sponsorizzata dall’agenzia di viaggio…da ringraziare solo il personale della reception,le ragazze del bar e i camerieri del ristorante che lavorano tantissimo,per il resto cibo scadente(usano la panna ovunque),freddo e piatti ripetuti più volte nella stessa settimana,bocciata anche la serata tipica siciliana del venerdi.carino lo spettacolo,ma la cena era veramente pessima.nota finale va al lido,lontano dalla struttura,per arrivarci bisogna attraversare una strada molto trafficata.lo stabilimento è convenzionato,ma non gestito da loro…😰il gestore è veramente un maleducato,pretendeva dei soldi per servizi già pagati in hotel.le docce sono a pagamento e non si possono lasciare i giochi dei bimbi sulla spiaggia la sera,anche con gli ombrelloni assegnati per tutta la settimana,perciò su e giu sotto al sole con canotti ciambelle e secchielli.il mare puzzava di uovo marcio e la riva era piena di alghe,mai tolte dal personale

Soggiorno fortunatamente di 24 ore con 8 ore di disagio, andata via la luce non sono stati in grado di rendere il soggiorno gradevole, ho pagato un servizio che non ho avuto, cibo pessimo e reciclato, il cibo della sera te lo ritrovi a pranzo come fantasia dello chef. Struttura e camere non curate. Esperienza da non ripetere

Pessimo è fare un complimento. Arrivo con la mia famiglia il sabato tarda mattinata, la domenica scappati. Dopo svariati solleciti alla reception per parlare con il direttore, INTROVABILE. Viaggiamo con due bambini, di cui un neonato; dopo aver chiamato prima di prenotare ed aver sentito da parte loro non c'erano problemi prenotiamo. Dunque la spiaggia convenzionata con loro dista 10 minuti a piedi sotto la stecca del sole, nessun servizio navetta gratuito dove in altri villaggi se si può definire così, trovi. La piscina aveva odore di fogna, dopodiché i bambini entrambi sotto antibiotico per otite acuta e sfoghi sul corpo; la camera? Dopo aver fatto 5 minuti a piedi con valige e passeggino finalmente troviamo la camera, O forse dire che neanche un cane vivrebbe li, pulizia inesistente, avevo schifo a dormire nel letto soprattutto con i bambini. Personale alla reception scortese a dir poco, in sala tutto sommato bene, per i bambini non sono forniti, pasta al pomodoro da scolare e condire con una specie di sugo al pomodoro, immangiabile. Usciamo per pranzo, pranziamo al loro lido delfino, bicchieri ancora sporchi di rossetto, tovaglia non parliamone. Diciamo che più che un hotel questo è un'ostello se si può definire così . Purtroppo una vacanza da incubo scappati il giorno dopo.

Ci possiamo definire ospiti abituali del Delfino, ci soggiorno regolarmente per lavoro e in estate ci porto la famiglia al completo. Noi ci troviamo sempre bene, non avrei comunque scritto una recensione se non avessi letto un paio di commenti negativi che definirei "assurdi" Se potessi scrivere in libertà su TripAdvisor, quello che significa soggiornare contemporaneamente con studenti, significherebbe scoperchiare un mondo giovanile fatto di cattiveria, vendette e insane capacità intellettuali. Non lo faccio nei particolari perché non basterebbe un tomo da 1.000 pagine: abbiamo assistito a scene che mai immaginavamo di vedere, tutto questo sotto gli occhi terrorizzati di impotenti degli insegnanti. Capricci puri, sicuramente coltivati nel terreno fertile di genitori incapaci. Cari genitori, voi che mandate i vostri figli in gita scolastica, ma siete proprio sicuri che stiano calmi e tranquilli per imparare qualcosa e che invece non sia qualcos'altro? Comunque massima solidarietà al personale del Delfino, sempre cortese e soprattutto paziente. Noi torneremo come sempre
