Wonderful time with wonderful people! Highly recommend! Tasty food, bearable drinks, beautiful views, but like I said at the beginning, wonderful people- staff, entertainment crew and I would really like to comeback to this place. Peace and love ＜3

I like the stay in protels crystal Beach. Mohammed from the cleaning service is a great guy with a big heart. The lifeguard Ahmed is also a great person. Generally speaking the staff is really nice and helpfull. However there are some things worth mention. The spa center "Power Spa" present s**t service, never pay them in advance!!!! Sorry for the words but there are no other to describe that. They use same towels for multiple person!!!, it is outrageus!!! power spa salespeople are very pushy and most importantly: they lie! they say, for example, that if you get a massage, you will get a free hammam. when you come to pick up your hammam, it turns out it's just a sauna, and in the sauna, they dry the towels!!! so you then inhale the fumes from other people's towels!! Dont fall for their bull**it:) Other then that everything was good. The food is ok, rooms are clean and the weather was great. Its not a top Egypt experience but if you looking for a cheaper but also a nice stay i can recommend this hotel.

Its a perfetto hotel The rooms are clean and The food tasti and The animation team sì so good and i love Marsa Alam becous of them and The weather so good i love The night show and how they talk with me its so funny and i will back again of cours thanks for The team and sam

Funniest Animation ever! Very large option of food and the stuff is really nice and caring. The stuff might bother you a little bit for the spa etc., but if u tell them that you're not interested, they leave you alone. You can do a lot of fun activities like aqua gymnastics, dance lessons and other things, but if u play beach volleyball than be careful of your nails! ;)

I would like recommended this hotel. 1 thing hotel have beautiful location . 2 Menu is very big (every one find something for themselves) 3 Animation group is very funny and they try everyday to make you fun 4 deep depth is only on the end of mall. And many many things! That was my first time in Egypt but i'm 100% I could back to this hotel.
