Oh my goodness I’m not sure where to start From the moment we were met at the airport to the minute we left we were made to feel special. Hassan and his team are amazing, effortlessly seeing to your every need. The owner, Stephen is lovely too. The riad is stunning, you can really tell that it has been lovingly put together and the attention to detail is brilliant. We stayed in the chameleon junior suite and loved it. The bed was super comfortable. The food served in the riad was some of the best we’ve ever had, and likewise the cocktails. The spa is a treat - the relaxation massage was out of this world. Before coming we’d read some of the negative reviews about loud music but there was none. Please don’t be put off by these reviews - this riad is stunning and if you don’t stay here you’re missing out. We’ll be back.

From the moment we walked in, we were mesmerized by the attention to detail in every corner. The design, the ambiance, and the overall charm of the riad are nothing short of breathtaking. The hospitality was on another level. Aziz and his incredible team made sure every moment of our stay felt special and unforgettable. Their warmth and care turned our stay into a truly magical experience. A special mention goes to the kind-hearted owner, Steve, whose passion and vision are reflected in every detail of this stunning space. And then there's Franky - the artist and singer of the riad. Words cannot do justice to his talent and the enchanting atmosphere he creates. His performances left us in awe, adding an extraordinary touch to this already exceptional place! This riad is not just a place to stay; it's an experience that lingers in your heart long after you leave. If you're ever in Marrakesh, this is the one place you must visit. Simply WOW! This Riad is spectacular in every detail. We could not have imagined a more luxurious and romantic setting. From the incredible staff right to the owner, Steve, who was too happy to engage all the guests in conversation. Oban, their signature Michelin restaurant, was top notch and the piano player singer extraordinary. How to imagine a more friendly romantic place I can't imagine. To the very few who complained about the music, I feel sorry for you, who can't enjoy this ambience and super dinner and drinks entertainment.

We were greeted on our arrival at 10.50pm by loud live music which plays most nights until very late. We discovered over the next few nights that we were unable to get a proper nights sleep because on the loudness of the music. The Riad was a nice place but not if you need a decent nights sleep.

This is a lovely riad, with really fantastic staff: Eljazouli, Badr, Hamza, amongst others. We stayed in the dark and sultry Elephant room, which we loved. The team were always helpful and willing to go overboard in assisting. However, I am very sad to say, there is a problem at the riad. The same issue that has been highlighted in other reviews, so will not go into detail here. The one that gave birth to this beautiful riad is in danger of destroying it. They should seek help before its too late to save it.

This is the most beautiful riad. The attention to detail is incredible. From the moment you enter the riad you are greeted by the most friendly and professional staff. Every last detail is thought of. The owner of the riad Steven is an amazing host. Location is excellent. If you visiting Marrakesh then this is the Riad to stay at.

I had the best moments in this wonderful riad prices are very reasonable the owner is super nice and welcoming and the manager Majdouline est un amour i love her and her beautiful smile the food is highly delicious so i recommend it sooo bad ❤️✨

This hotel is not only very beautiful, it blew my mind with its professionalism and kindness. I was walking by extremely lost and without phone service or a map looking for another riad close by and found myself walking through the door to ask for help. They not only gave me an opportunity to charge my phone, they sent a staff member to walk me to the place where I was meeting my friends to make sure I was ok because they noticed I had been having a hard time. To me, this is what true hospitality is all about. I am planning a trip back to Marrakech in November and will be staying there as a result.
