We stayed 5 nights at Riad Chalymar . It was for our daughter's birthday. Staff welcome us with smiles. We even got a birthday cake . The breakfasts and dinners were absolutely delicious. On the negative side , the accommodation is very basic. Only a curtain separates the bedroom and bathroom, not giving you any intimacy. A small fridge would be a great addition in the bedroom to keep water cool and some food. A bit noisy

Fantastic little Riad in the heart of Marrakesh Very handy to get anywhere in the old town Staff very helpful and while we don’t eat there the food looked great Nice rooftop terrace to sit out on and have a drink between the hussel and bussel of the old town I would highly recommend here

Malhonnête annulation annoncée gratuite et sans prélèvement avant une certaine date… prélevée d’emblée et jamais remboursée l’annulation s’est faite dans les 24h et j’ai réclamé depuis février on me promet un remboursement qui n’est jamais venu et silence depuis un mois

Nous avons séjourner dans ce Riad L’emplacement est bien car il est proche de tout , un peu dur à trouver au début mais avec un monsieur qui amène vos valises directement de la station de taxi ( +- 40/50 dirham max … ) vous arriverez à trouver une fois la première fois trouver . Tout les gens une fois sur place sont adorable , le déjeuner est top , juste un peu de bruit le matin car travaux partout , mais la gentillesse de sarah et le reste vous font tout oublier . C’est entretenu et correct , relax et paix sur place … ma fille adore sarah ! Merci encore ! Kevin sarah et Valentina ;-) .

A FUIR !!!! Chambre qui ressemble à une cage à rats , un lit entre deux murs ! Une porte de chambre qui ne se ferme pas entièrement … et chambre au rez de chaussé , une toute petite fenêtre qui donne sur une table où les gens déjeunent ! Pas de rideau ni de porte entre la salle de bain .. enfin si on peut appeler ça une salle de bain ! Aucune intimité , rien de traditionnel ou typique comme on peut le voir sur leurs photos Chambre très sombre , moisissure au niveau du plafond de la douche ! On nous a logé dans un autre riad qui appartient au même patron , on est resté que 3j sur 7 et ils nous ont quand même fait payer toute la semaine en envoyant un mail à Booking en disant que nous nous n’étions pas présentés du tout de la semaine ! Et en plus de ça , on nous a réclamé au bout des 3j 105€ pour les repas qui étaient censé être gratuit pour nous suite au problème de chambre !!! Patron qui n’est pas sur place

Me gustaría agradecer a Sarah y Soufian el trato q nos ofrecieron constantemente , amablemente y siempre atentos para hacer tu estancia más agradable. Recomiendo este Riad por qué acabo de llegar. Es una maravilla y Sarah con Soufine son los mejores como atienden, las personas de cocina, limpieza etc. Recomiendo este Riad y me a dado pena volver. Gracias de corazón .
