The shower only had cold water, and the entrance was up a flight of stairs, so it was hard to carry heavy suitcases. However, it was nice that they asked me if I wanted a quiet room or a room with a view of the street. The guy at the front desk was nice too.

Regular hotel. The location is fantastic because in one minute you are in the square but the facilities are old. The cleaning was poor, for the four nights we stayed they only cleaned the room one day. The first day they put us in a room that was dirty, hair on the floor and tables full of sugar and ash, we told the boy and he immediately changed us to another room that was better. The bathroom was bad, the shower flooded because it had the plug on so that the smell of pipes wouldn't come out and there was no space to leave the toiletry bag. The attention of the people who work there was helpful and friendly.

The staff only speaks English and French, the rooms have damaged TVs that do not work, the cleaning service is horrible, they only do it when they want and when you leave the complaint the cleaning girl says that she will clean the next day and leaves, she does what she She wants, if you can avoid this hotel, please do, the beds only have 1 pillow per person and bad.

awful experience on the first day in morocco, there was no elevator to carry our luggage’s and the man working there was just looking at us while struggling to get up. the rooms are very small and things are easy to break. one of the service working there was very aggressive to my friend and almost pushed her from the stairs because he was angry we came at the hotel ( why was the hotel even closed at night??) it felt like we were a bunch of teenagers stuck in a student room and we had a curfew. thankfully we left after the first night because it was a nightmare l. if you are looking for a hotel pls pay look further and pay more because this is not worth it at all

You can go out in the night because the man of the reception will close the front door. This man is very aggressive and angry. The rooms are small and cold. You have to lift your own luggage upstairs while the man of the reception looks at you. We were there with 4 people and they gave us 1 towel and we had to wait till next day to get 2 more towels. Also toilet paper they didnt gave us. Very bad hotel and we where treated badly. Would NOT recommend to go there.

Where do I start from ? Basically the worst ever hotel I’ve stayed in. Please keep away it will ruin your holiday in Marrakech. I slipped going down the stairs while the ladies were mopping the corridor and stairs the man at the desk can see and hear I have hurt myself didn’t even bother to ask how I was then or afterwards. I was told by one of the ladies that they use Black soap to clean the floors which explains why it was so slippery. I came back home with a large purple bruse down my spine. . Location is great however very noisy at nights till early hours. Hotel is dirty cockroaches in and out, bathroom dirty with leaking pipes, dirty sheets very boring decor not much going on in the room just beds and walls. I have stayed in many beautiful welcoming hotels in Marrakech. So avoid if you can.
