Two girls stayed there. The room and the rihad in general impeccable, everything very clean.
The rooftop pool was the best. They let you be there quietly.
The staff is very friendly and attentive, they also help you in any way they can. No unpleasant surprise with the price.
The slightly less pleasant part is the location of the riah, it is in an area of the medina that can seem a bit dangerous if you are a girl and do not know the language, because it is also difficult to access.
All very well in the riah.
Of course, be careful with the excursions they offer (they are carried out by someone else) because in the advertising it said "€20 per person and €80 per group". My friend and I did the excursion and they charged us €80 as if we were a group... I understand that it is an external service to Rihad but they advertise it to you.
In general we have been very satisfied with the rihad and with the staff, we definitely recommend it.

Hi, me & partner stayed here at hotel riad ayni, staff were great, food lovely, room fab, roof terrace & pool fab, my only downside is the steps on outside/inside the pool & main step to the pool they were open needs coverage so you don't fall through for me especially. I would definitely give this hotel a thumbs up 🙂

Okay, beautiful riad, clean and comfortable rooms, delicios breakfast, friendly people BUT located in the walls of old medina, no taxi can drop you off near it so that means like 8 - 10 min walking through the scary maze of large walls.

We stayed 4 nights at this Riad. The staff were lovely and so helpful, they helped us book trips and make reservations at restaurants. They made us feel at home straight away. The breakfast was lovely, eggs, bread, pastries, pancakes, jams e.c.t. It was about a 10 minute walk to any kind of markets and then about 25/30 minute walk to the main square, Google maps helped us navigate the route very easily though. The Riad was super clean and well maintained, air con in the rooms and a tv. Would definitely recommend.

The Riad Ayni is a lovely hideaway very close to the heart of the Marrakech Medina. The team at the riad is so welcoming, extremely helpful and very nice. The rooms are very clean and modern, the AC works well and the roof top terrace with a small pool is very nice. The location just outside of the medina makes the riad a perfect place for exploring the Red City. Finding the place is a bit tricky at first but when you get a hang of the directions, it’s very conveniently located with approx. 10 mins walk from the central Medina.

I stayed on this road for 3 days and it was amazing. The room was big and comfortable with a nice bathroom. On the rooftop a small but amazing pool to cool off from the Moroccan heat. Aziz helped us in everything we needed and made our stay even more amazing! Thank you so much. We'll surely be back soon!

Situated North of the main attractions, this Riad is clean, quiet and comfortable. Aziz was helpful, the room was good and breakfast delicious. Be aware that the area is a little off the main tourist path, and after dark can feel a little uncomfortable until you get used too it. Also there are no ATM’s nearby. We booked a trip to the Ourika valley, but be aware that will include stops at some tourist shops and a feeling that you are expected to buy something. Better to book a taxi and make it clear you do not want to stop anywhere other than your chosen destination. The Riad’s menu stated that beer or wine could be ordered but that was not the case.

the hotel was great in price / performance. The only thing I can complain about is that people do not get to the hotel with the key to the front door during their stay. it is necessary to constantly ring and the bedding on the sofas on the roof did not come to me clean.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 4 notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Il riad molto curato e pulito, colazione ottima e Abdullh, il receptionist tutto fare, è stata una persona gentilissima che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole! Come posizione dista 25 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale, una passeggiata piacevole di giorno ma un po’ meno di sera.. consigliamo un taxi alla sera! Rimane però un ambiente molto tranquillo rispetto al caos che caratteristica Marrakech
