The accommodation boasts well-maintained, spotlessly clean, and nicely decorated rooms. Guests appreciated the excellent breakfast and convenient location in the Souk of Medina. Friendly and helpful staff were also highlighted.

It is central - in the souk itself, so you will have to walk to and from a landmark such as the market square as no cars can get there - no- one came to meet us! On arrival we were shown to our rooms - no welcome tea, no showing us about the air conditioning etc. We only had one towel between two of us and the receptionist made her displeasure obvious when I asked for another! Stating it was because we had the single room - my son was in ours, which was exactly the same but a different floor! We were half board for our first night, but the restaurant was in the middle of the Souk. The night receptionist took us there, but we were left to find our own way back! The room was very small- just enough space to stand up on either side. The shower was good and in a large tray as the drainage is poor and you end up ankle deep in water! It was clean - although they removed the towels for washing and didn’t replace them Breakfast and the initial evening meal was ok - there appeared to be one napkin dispenser, which may have been on your table and each morning something was missing when our breakfast was served to us - butter dish, cheese etc.

People running it has made all the difference!! This petite raid with just 5-6 rooms has everything you need to explore the old city by foot. The rooms are decent, well kept . Everything is functional with AC, hot water. Oma was very helpful at the reception so was Hussain helping each day morning with a simple yet sumptuous moroccan breakfast with bread & pastries, egg cooked and cut fruit in yogurt. The raid could do better with minor tlc’s such as fixing/painting the scratches on toilet seat, making the shower draining faster and the play with entrance door latch etc to secure the front door, but am not going to take a star away for those minor things to me, but may be important for others. Some tips: The alleyway where the entrance door located does not appear on google maps, but it is signposted on the wall from the main gangway. So first time finding it may be tricky.

Some bad reviews on here are from previous ownership. We had an amazing experience at the Riad. Raquel was so welcoming and helpful, booking excursions, giving advice and even personally walking us to some difficult to find parts. We had an extremely early return flight and she bought special pastries that she knew my children liked and packed a breakfast for us. Hussein was always helpful and his breakfast is amazing! The rooms are nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. One night we just bought some chocolate, sat on the roof terrace playing cards and listening to the bustle of Marrakesh, brilliant. I really cannot recommend this place highly enough.

A nice and cozy place, very comfortable beds, air conditioning, very clean, well located, very friendly staff, but what really captivated us was Ismail. He is a humble, friendly, family-oriented person, in short, I have no words to describe this guy who has stolen the hearts of the whole family. When we return to Marrakech, we will go where he is, that's for sure. We will always remember you Ismail.

We were welcomed here very nicely by Soukaima. Unfortunately, after completing the formalities, we did not see her again. Very resourceful, able to quickly find the right solution and having many different contacts. She efficiently arranged for us good quality and good price transport to Essaouira. Really, you can only write well about her. We were pleased with the small but cozy room decorated in an eco and white atmosphere. Although a window overlooking not only the patio would be useful. The first breakfast was also nice. Later it was not so good. The last breakfast on Sunday was a total flop. You can't buy anything on Sunday!? The location is not bad because actually close to many attractions. A small disadvantage of the location of this riad is the inability to take a taxi. People with heavy luggage will not be satisfied. Rachid, who serves breakfast, may have tried but he did not succeed. Maybe because of language limitations? Breakfasts were described as very good but only the first one could be considered good. They were monotonous and simply stingy. I would like to see more pluses than minuses but unfortunately I would rather not recommend this place. In the photos in the offer everything looked much better than in reality.

We spent only one night in this riad where we were warmly received. Despite the late hour a tasty meal was served to us. The room is small but comfortable. The riad is located near the Jeema el-Fna square. A little tip: if a porter helps you with your luggage and his "wheelbarrow". There are some nice ones and others less so... 20 DH tip is enough.

I arrived on the recommendation of some friends and it was a huge disappointment. There was no one there when we arrived, the smell of the rooms prevented me from sleeping the first day. The smell of the sewers came through the bathroom drain. Breakfast was a bit of bread, butter and jam. Nothing else. At no time did ANYONE attend to us. Neither for arrival nor for departure. The Riad seemed half closed. A huge disappointment.
