This property is not at all like the photos this property is one of the dirtiest properties I’ve ever stayed in in 35 years of Travel five or six times a year. My son and I had booked in for 12 days. We ended up staying for the apartment was so dirty we could not even walk around barefoot, it was absolutely horrendous. We ended up staying four days in Marrakesh unable to secure a different accommodation. Do not recommend this property at all and most of the reviews are AI generated!!

English First of all, the Riad host is kind and gives you a warm welcome, The Riad is indeed a bit hidden, but the manager will offer you a taxi service that will pick you up at the airport and deliver you to the door personally Please, pay attention to all the recommendations or tips if you want to avoid bad experiences when visiting Marrakesh (theanager goes even beyond by walking you around the quartier so you understand your location) The food at the Riad is very authentic and I ate a lot. The price/quality is very good In this heat (+45c/100f) the ac in the room helps a lot if you're not used to the climate, and it works fast to cool the room down. I enjoyed my stay slot, if you have any questions a plus is that you can message with the manager in case of any questions and worries (french) FRANÇAIS Tout d'abord, l'hôte du Riad est gentil et vous réserve un accueil chaleureux, Le Riad est en effet un peu caché, mais le gérant vous proposera un service de taxi qui viendra vous chercher à l'aéroport et vous déposera personnellement à la porte S'il vous plaît, faites attention à toutes les recommandations ou conseils si vous voulez éviter les mauvaises expériences lors de votre visite à Marrakech (le manager va même au-delà en vous faisant visiter le quartier pour que vous compreniez votre emplacement) La nourriture au Riad est très authentique et j'ai beaucoup mangé. Le rapport qualité/prix est très bon Dans cette chaleur (+ 45 ° C / 100 ° F), la climatisation dans la pièce aide beaucoup si vous n'êtes pas habitué au climat et fonctionne rapidement pour rafraîchir la chambre. We stayed in the Deluxe 4 person room. Very warm welcome from the manager who showed interest in making us happy and giving us advice on getting around. Breakfast is ok. What unpleasantly surprised us was the dilapidation of the rooms. This raid is poorly maintained and we are very far from a 4 star. Gray towels and sheets because they are very old and stained. The bed base of the double bed is made of pieces of wood superimposed on each other. Broken door entry lock Air conditioning that does not cool anything since it is not maintained Stains on the floor and wall. The terrace is not maintained and the furniture is unusable so we cannot enjoy it. A swimming pool that is not a swimming pool because it is tiny. And so on because the list would be too big. Even if the manager is friendly despite her outspokenness, we were disappointed with the Riad. Too bad because it was our first time.

On our arrival in Marrakech we had a message from the owner informing us that due to overbooking we were being relocated to another riad, a taxi was waiting for us in front of the station. Arriving in the second accommodation, we notice that the price is 2x cheaper, that it does not offer the same services at all. And above all, on site we were informed that the accommodation had been reserved the day before but not paid for! We had to repay for accommodation!!! The owner never responded to us again. So we were in Marrakech without accommodation, with our 7 year old son. The practices of this owner are unacceptable, she should not have been listed on sites like tripadvisor

Nous nous faisions une joie de passer une semaine à Marrakech dans le style local entre Noël et le 1er de l'an, surtout au prix de + de 2000€ à deux. 1h de retard pour la propriétaire des lieux pour le check-in. Notre chambre (soi-disant le meilleure, tout en haut) est une catastrophe : literie avec un sommier en plusieurs morceaux superposés d'OSB, draps déchirés, matelas dur, jour énorme dans la porte et sous la porte-fenêtre qui laisse passer le froid, verres de salle d'eau très sales, petit-déjeuner minimaliste dans le froid de la cour intérieure avec un fromage pourri, la piscine notée sur le site est en fait de la taille d'un pédiluve profond. Nous exprimons notre mécontentement à la propriétaire qui trouve comme solution de nous virer purement et simplement au bout de 24h après nous avoir trouvé un hôtel. On a payé 7 nuits à l'agence. Elle a reloué notre chambre avant de nous avoir averti qu'elle nous mettait dehors : belle surprise en rentrant de promenade. Bref, à fuir. Nous ne remercions pas l'agence de voyage.

Bien situado, pero difícil de llegar, tienes que preguntar a un vecino, sino no llegas, la limpieza... Lo justo .... La dueña encantadora, y una cocinera espectacular... Nosotros hemos decidió cenar aquí todas las noches y nos ha sorprendido todos los días con comidas muy bien hechas. Para recomendar!!!!. Además hemos disfrutado con su conversación amena y muy interesante.

La pire expérience de location Literie précaire. Ce sont des planches qui servent de sommier, les draps et taies d oreillers sont déchirés. Le drap du dessus n avait pas été changé avant notre arrivée. Placard avec des oreillers moisis !! Murs salpetreux dans la chambre et murs noirs de moisissures dans la salle de bains. Linge de toilette troué. Pas de produits d hygiène. Petits déjeuners pas bon et servis dans de la vaisselle cassée. La salle de bain est minuscule on se douche dans les wc. Donc tout est mouillé, même pas de support à serviette. Ustensile de salle de bain pour poser les brosses à dents écoeurant tellement il est sale. Pour faire court c est honteux !!
