We used the spa service for couple, inclusing massage and hamman. The atmosphere is really nice, the service was private and good quality, we would love to go back for this treatment any time! Absolute good price-value package to try local spa culture!

What a lovely place to stay. The welcome we received from Oliver was the warmest welcome we have ever had at anywhere we have stayed. He was always at reception if we had a question. The Riad was easy to find and in a good location. Walking to/from the Riad to the Souks and main square was easy and safe. Oliver had gone through a local map with us and marked out any places of interest. Rooftop was a nice place to have breakfast, and on the last morning there was a very rare rain shower so we ate indoors. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend. We never got to make use of the spa or pool as we were out and about all the time. The room was comfortable and spacious.

Riad al Ksar was a fabulous base for our trip to Marrakech. Perfectly clean and tidy with great rooms and all built around a beautiful central courtyard. The staff were helpful and polite and Olivier gave excellent suggestions, advice and opinions to all our questions. It is a short and easy walk to all the main sights and local action. Wholeheartedly recommended by everyone in my family.

We visited the Hamam and spa at the Al Ksar and were not disappointed. The owners and staff were lovely. The hamam experience was authentic and our massages were just perfect. Afterwards our lovely mint tea was so relaxing in the beautiful surroundings of the riad. Many thanks!

We spent 5 days over Christmas here and enjoyed every minute of it.We felt so at home there.The staff where so friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us.Thhe hotel and rooms were so clean and had every need taken care of.Thank you Damion and all the team for making our Christmas so special.I also recommended you eat there the food is fabulous.

This Riad is in an awful area, the police station at the entrance told us to be careful with personal stuff and suggested they call the Riad to have someone walk us in, yes there is another entrance but it’s all so close. The owner was very cross we got to see and experience the area.The Riad itself is totally overrated I realise the other reviews read well but be warned! suitable for young bag packers only. Booked in for 4 nights left after one.

We loved this place! Great location for Bahia Palace and Tinsmiths Square, and gorgeous, individually styled and very comfy Moroccan rooms, reception area and roof terrace. Everyone was very friendly, particularly Damien, who helped us with trip and dinner recommendations and reservations and gave us lots of great tips! We will be recommending this Riad to all of our friends!

What a beautiful Riad! Damien, the owner has added lots of local art to an already beautiful building and there is a huge banana tree in the lobby. The location is fantastic, 2 minutes from the entrance to the Bahia Palace so very easy to orient oneself and a 10 minutes from the walk to Fna. Also felt very safe walking back at night. Upon arrival Damien made sure to orient us and make sure we had a good understanding of Marrakech. The staff is genuinely friendly and attentive. Breakfast is served in the roof and is very good. The room was comfortable and bathroom clean and modern. I would recommend this Riad to anyone coming to Marrakech!
