Staffs are really kind and the room was cute. Access to the riad by taxi is not so difficult if you use the way from backyard (from big street outside old town)

Had a lovely stay in Palais Tinmel.
The staff are very polite and attentive. They are very helpful. I requested for a surprise breakfast for my bf, all i asked was a cake but they gave us more. There were balloons and they sing happy birthday to him with guitar playing. We were so touch and did not expect it to be like that. It was a great gesture and we are very lucky. Location wise is good. A bit of a walk to the medina but we love a walk. Food was amazing too. Everything was exceptional. Our only concern was our shower drain was not draining properly but anything from that was amazing. I would recommend staying here. And would love to stay here again.

The room was nice and clean. The bathroom didn't have a door, but it was designed so that water wouldn't get all over the floor. The hotel restaurant was nice, and the bar staff were very friendly. They would be a little slow when there were many people.

We booked a luxury desert tour with the hotel staff, with a private bathroom tent, and the final destination was Fez. We paid 3,300 dirhams, but there was no receipt. When we arrived in the desert, we first had no private bathroom, and we had to live together. After a quarrel, we got a private tent with no bathroom. The next day, they told us that our itinerary was not to Fez. The hotel phone was not connected. After a lot of effort, they said that our itinerary was to drop us off at Merzouga Station and we would go to Fez by ourselves. This route only returned to Marrakech or went to Fez. How could there be an option to drop us off at the bus station? ?
