Our stay at Arabian Riad was excellent, starting from the comfortable,quiet, clean rooms and wonderful rooftop, beautiful decor, peaceful atmosphere of a riad should be. Above all the staff was incredible, Mohammed and Khadija absolutely fantastic and professional. They gave their heart to fullfill each of our requests.The tea they make here is the best in Marrakech. Plus the location is perfect,close to all atractions. I would recommend this place to everybody

This could've been great and ended in disaster. Rude guests with no self awareness or respect for anyone else and hotel staff that have full conversations at midnight with guests. This IS A HOUSE, not a hotel. An echoey house at that. When we arrived the first colleague told us after 10pm we should be respectful of other guests and since we arrived after 10pm we whispered while checking in, this was no issue for us and we were relieved this was advised by the hotel as we enjoy the quiet ourselves. Well he left, and the new colleague didn't seem to follow these same respectful rules. Our last night we went to bed at 9, with an alarm set for 02:30Am for a flight at 5. We had ZERO sleep, as first we were kept up by screaming children apparently brought back to the hotel at 11pm running around the room shouting, followed by loud Spanish guests at midnight having a full conversation which I actually came out and told them to be quiet. Then at 1am a group of Chinese girls showed up, having again a full conversation in the echoey lounge which you could even hear from the roof terrace! I then asked the hotel why they weren't telling guests to be quiet. He said it's business but we weren't told that at the beginning. Apparantly checking in new guests means screw the existing guests. Muhammed was fantastic and also the 2 ladies (Miriam & another) who work during the day, I appreciate their help but this stay was ruined at the end by rude guests and hotel staff that apparantly have no awarness of other guests. Really a shame and definitely won't be going back.

Excellent location in the centre of kasha , very near to Sahdian tons and El Bahia palace . . very friendly and polite staff , very clean and beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast Moroccan crepes, bread, butter, marmalade, honey, coffee and milk, tea with mint, fruit juice

We stayed 4 nights in Marrakech with two children aged 11 and 12 and we recommend it. Very good location and good facilities. It is in the Kashba area, which is close to the main sites to see, but is quiet. We slept in a very spacious room with a king size bed and two singles for the children. The comfortable beds. The bathroom is complete and the shower works well at all times. Breakfast was included in the price, which was abundant and good. We had breakfast on the terrace which is very pleasant. The staff is very friendly at all times. There is a good quality price relation

Good afternoon. Our stay at the Arabian Riad Marrakech has been very satisfactory. The quality-price ratio is incredible, given that we have had a room for the 4 members of our large and clean family at all times. The breakfasts included with the room reservation have been varied and delicious. Today we had to have breakfast ahead of schedule and they prepared breakfast specifically for us. One night we had dinner at the Riad and we were very comfortable and everything was very good. It is true that the price was more expensive than in the restaurants we have visited, but it was very comfortable to dine there. Totally recommended, therefore.
