We took a day-pass to relax by (and in) the pool, plus have some lunch. Nice venue, away from the bustle of the city. Staff friendly and welcoming. Good value too, particularly compared with the other day-pass offerings in Marrakech. We enjoyed our lunch there too.

Good location to be used as a base if you have your own transport. It is quite far from the centre or any restaurants/attractions. We stayed in the deluxe tent for 6, it was very basic but worked for just sleeping in (we did not eat at the site or use any of the facilities). The staff were friendly and helpful and were available 24 hours a day which was useful. The site is spacious and quiet - it was a little dusty and dated but had plenty of seating, a pretty pool and a play area for children. It was a big shame to see that burkinis are banned in the pool.

Worst hotel ive ever stayed at. First day I found a bug on my pillow and there were no pillow cases. The pillow was really dirty. The wardrobe was broken and full of spider webs and the floors had hair on it. The shower was broken there was no shampoo conditioner or soap. The charging plug was also broken. I woke up with a bed bug mark on my arm and and swollen lip. The outside is the only nice thing. Wouldn't recommend.

I absolutely loved it here, really good for what price you pay, me and my partner stayed in a teepee type room which looked amazing, definitely a couples get away- there’s a nice little restaurant with amazing food on site, coffee machine and a few alcoholic drink options (which is sometimes hard to find in Marrakesh due to Muslim faith) few other mentions that they don’t accept cash and it is a little off the beaten track from the centre of Marrakesh, this is understandable though as it’s an RV/Campervan yard too… but it’s definitely worth a visit, the showers are nice and hot and the pool nice and cold on a hot day … we will definitely be back sometime soon!

Very good value for money, great facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. The only minor point is the taxi ride back was difficult on the occasions we took them as the taxi drivers did not know the place at all.....this was only a minor hiccup though. The accommodation was fabulous and the bar, food and surrounding areas including the pool were lovely. I will be coming back to this lovely resort. Thank you Bob

We upgraded from a delux tent to an aironditioned room given the high temperatures and this was arranged well over email. The rooms are very basic (not really like the pics which were obviously dressed for the photoshoot). Aircon works well and was a godsend. The bathroom is terrible - contortion yourself around the basin and sit on the loo with your nose almost touching the wall. No soaps or shampoos provided. The pool is lovely, and there were enough sun loungers. The reception and cafe/restaurant only takes cash, and you need a taxi to get to the nearest ATM, 10 mins away by car. We sat for 3 hours one morning waiting for food because the staff member on duty did not offer us an alternative to the 1 traditional breakfast which was not an experience I wanted to repeat, and she said that was all that we could order. Despite this we saw plates of scrambled egg and toast going out to other diners. We were told that the kitchen opened at 11am for anything else so by that time we thought we'd just a little longer for what we wanted. By the time food arrived it was 12 noon, and I'd called the manager over twice to complain and apparently it was because she only spoke French and didn't understand, and everything was made fresh from scratch - we'd only ordered a pani and chips - hardly an hours worth of prep. In a site that does not allow you to bring food in, the choice of breakfast needs a serious overhaul. Had there been another option on the menu I could have pointed to it. Lunch menu's; we had 2 out of 4 meals that were good. The manager, Amenina, spoke English and French and she was very good. We called her at midnight one night to arrange a taxi for us from the main square since we wanted reassurance that we would get to our destination safely, and she made sure she sent someone reputable. So, it's a cheap stay - great if you have kids. Pity there is not much grass and just sand around the site, and no campsite shop. A few more conveniences would not go amiss.

Burkini isn’t allowed in the pool, a lady was escorted of the pool when she was playing with her two children just because of her bathing suit of her choice. Insane. Other than that, good place, food

Positives: nice pool and restaurant with good food although drinks very expensive. Negatives:location is about 20 minutes from old city, no bus so have to use taxi at around £10 each way, £15 at night so cheap accomodation becomes rather expensive. Nothing in local area to see just scrubland and stray dogs. Mainly a site for camper vans but there are rooms and tents. We had a room: reasonable size but most uncomfortable lumpy double bed - terrible back ache. The worst part was our "en-suite bathroom" - corner of the room curtained off, with a shower that in 3 days never gave us hot water, despite reporting it, a sink that was constantly blocked and never cleared (I wont go into details), 1 tiny threadbare towel. So close to our bed that on getting the inevitable dicky tummy, to save our embarrassment i had to send my poor partner outside in the middle of the night. You have to use the restaurant as the site "shop" sells barely more than water and bread and no where to prepare your own food anyway and there are no other shops nearby within walking distance. So pleased we had 3 days in a beautiful riad in the medina otherwise would have left with a very negative view on marrakech.
