The place is very calme and lovely i love the trees, the traditional seats, the food is just perfect, the view was also beautiful but the most i like is the staffs especially Mr Adil who treated as like a queens he is such a beautiful soul, all the time was smiling and was making sure that we are feeling comfortable we really loved him, we will come back very soon. Last night, we visited Jnane Leila to have dinner with friends staying at the hotel for a week. We were thoroughly impressed by the delightful ambiance, pleasant atmosphere, tasteful decor, and delicious food. The waitress's smile while serving our dinner added an extra touch of warmth to the experience. However, our enthusiasm quickly turned to shock when we were unexpectedly asked to pay for access to the swimming pool at the end of our meal. Keep in mind that we had only spent 15 minutes in the pool. The manager informed us that we should have inquired about it beforehand. We found this to be quite surprising. Are guests now expected to be aware of all the house rules? To our disappointment, the owner was present and confirmed the fee with the manager. Despite our dissatisfaction, we reluctantly paid the 20 Euros, leaving three customers unhappy. This incident needs to reflect the level of quality hospitality we expected. There is a scarcity mindset at play here. We firmly believe that a happy customer is far more valuable than an angry one who may leave negative reviews. Quality hospitality should prioritize customer satisfaction, ensuring guests leave the property with positive impressions they can share with others.

We spent two days at the Jnane, to get some down time with the family after two days in Marrakesh. It was the perfect antidote to the bustling city. We read, played cards by the pool, ate at the hotel and just generally had a very relaxing time. The kids met other children and were happily occupied by the pool. Staff were helpful and friendly. We had a lovely stay.

This hotel was booked for our stay last week Oct 15th - 17th . After ' THE WORST EXPERIENCE ' I would advise anyone to go else where This hotel was DIRTY !!! DIRTY TOWELS & on requesting new clean ones , the towels was taken away & then handed straight back . The guy in the white shirt ' who checked me in & the same guy who serves people from the bar , is always on the phone . He will see you sat there waiting at the bar & will have you waiting until he finishes his call - RUDE !!!! No urgency & Shocking customer service There was no hot water for the first night so we could not get showered after our flight Toiletries which is stated in the booking list and says you are provided with- We got a childs size bar of soap On checking in to our meant to be " Clean Room- 3 hours after the check in time given , we Was made to wait as the room STILL HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED!!! We Was left with a quarter of the used tissue paper off the previous guests . On asking for some more the day after, we Was told there wasn't any on site and handed a pack of tissues Sun loungers- DUSTY AND DIRTY Pool equipment, umbrella- DIRTY Our terrace , extremely DIRTY Breakfast was limited- 1 boiled egg & 2 cold fried eggs left- with no mention of a top up In writing about my honest experience - I have received an answer back off the hotel. The man in the white shirt - who checked me in , is supposedly a CUSTOMER- Who wears a white t-shirt . Why would a regular customer who uses the establishment, CHECK YOU IN? The hotel have said, the day I arrived, there had been storms ? Not sure how this would possibly effect the FACT we had DIRTY TOWELS OUR LATE CHECK IN AND WAS MADE TO WAIT NO TOILETRIES NO TISSUE PAPER SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR VALUE FOR MONEY I have posted the reply off the hotel after them reading my review - they ask you to leave !! The claim I have left them this review as they supposedly declined a FREE UPGRADE I HAD ASKED FOR !!!! BEWARE THIS HOTEL WILL NOT ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WILL ALSO MAKE LIES UP ... Do some research, i have since noticed previous comments off other guests who mention about poor hygiene and the lame standards this hotel provides .

We booked this hotel and due to Morocco closing their borders in October 2021, we were unable to go. The hotel gave us a credit voucher of 420 euros. I have tried to use this voucher, but the manager Saad does not respond to my message. He says he has space and as soon as I mention the credit voucher he says he hasn't received it. It has been emailed to him in response to his emails. He has now stopped taking mine and my husbands calls, so we have given up and will certainly never be booking there again. A great shame as Morocco is a wonderful country - thankfully with plenty of other lovely places to stay.
