Firstly, the people. Michele and the team are so welcoming and attentive to your needs, and will readily share their local knowledge (as well as ask for your own recommendations to pass on). Secondly, the Riad. We booked two rooms and they were both immaculately kept & cleaned, extremely comfortable (with AC) and each individually characterful. The building as a whole is an interior design gem and an oasis of calm (I’m sitting with my feet in the pool, but the shaded terrace is another blissful refuge from the midday sun). Thirdly, the food. The breakfast is not to be missed (and, as it’s served to 11, you don’t have to choose between it and a lie-in, either). Delicious and generous, it will set you up for the day in the best way. Finally, the location. Just off a relatively quiet square, you are away from the tourist throng, but also only three or four minutes walk from where the excitement lies. The riad is well-signposted and, although the short alleyway not well lit, there are stores along it and quite safe.

This Riad is definitely in need of some work. It seems whom ever owns this place has decided major wear and tear is part of the charm. The entrance area has a horrible odour they are desperately trying to mask with an even more offensive smelling incense. I was not feeling this place having stayed at some of the top tier riads Marrakesh has to offer. The four days I stayed something happened. I let go of my expectations and just accepted Marrakesh was fully booked and this was where you were stuck. The staff are super especially Latifah the chef. The place whilst run down, is super clean, I told my husband I could handle run down but If hygiene is lacking, I’m out of here- well it wasn’t. Anyway all this to say for less then a hundred a night, this place was definitely worth it.

The Riad is just on city center that is very well connected with everything. The hotel took care of everything, even arranged taxis from airport. Everything was perfect and can’t thank enough to Abdul that helped as with everything. He was extra helpful, calling to make bookings for us at restaurants and helping us find anything we needed in town. It was a great experience and we would happily come back.

What a wonderful place with kind and helpful staff. Our stay was fantastic. The Riad is very well situated, right next to the Palais Bahia. It is safe, clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed several meals prepared by the amazing Latifa. The success of this place is undoubtedly built by the collective work of all staff - what an amazing team!

Très bien situé pour visiter la ville une belle bâtisse calme , propre avec de jolies chambres . l équipe de jour et de nuit est dispo pour nous conseiller. Quel plaisir de boire un thé le soir sur la terrasse en hauteur ou de dîner au calme un repas preparé par la cuisinière. Merci !

Petit riad dans une rue bien tranquille au coeur de Marakech à 20 minute de la Place Jemmaa el fnaa le dépaysement est total le personnel est super sympathique et gentil. Riad dans le respect de l'architecture Marocain; Le dépaysement est total. Une toute petite piscine et 3 à 4 transats en terrasse
