The staff who helped us were very kind and helped us with various things, such as adjusting the breakfast time to suit our flight time.

We stayed at Riad Karim for 5 nights. It is very well located, in a typical but quiet area, neither too close nor too far from activities. The rooms are impeccable (bedding, air conditioning, storage ...) The best part of this Riad is in the person of Rachid ... he will save you from all situations, tell you where to go or not, what excursions to do why, where, when, how ... He will reassure you about everything ... and will be able to cook you the best tagines that can exist on earth! A truly beautiful person, as rare as she is precious, a heart of gold ... We spent 4 nights at Ryad Karim which is located in a popular and authentic area not far from the Koutoubia. Even if the access is a little confusing, the place is quiet, away from the street and close to many visits. The welcome is remarkable and the staff as well as the owner are very kind, they really do everything to make us feel good. The breakfast is good and plentiful and the dishes we had requested were of a good quality. Thanks to Rachid for his good communicative humor and his sense of humor. We laughed a lot with the "Berber". The rooms are very well kept, the beds comfortable and the individual air conditioning is effective. The common room is not very big but fresh and well decorated. We will come back with pleasure inch'Allah as Rachid would say. Daniel

Todos los trabajadores te tratan de una manera excelente! Buenas personas que te hacen sentirte muy agusto en todo momento, con una limpieza impecable y unos desayunos sorpendentes. Nos facilitaron los taxis e incluso nos vinieron a buscar unos metros mas lejos del riad el primer dia. No van a dudar en ayudarte para los imprevistos o necesidades que te surjan

Le riad Karim est juste top. Très bien situé, et dans un emplacement sécurisé non loin du palais royal. Loin du brouhaha de la ville et en même temps accessible à tous les monuments et activités touristiques de la ville (quelques minutes à pieds seulement). Le rapport qualité prix y est aussi. L'accueil chaleureux edt top top top! La gérante Dounya est au petits soins ! Elle et son équipe sont très bien bienvaillants et à l'écoute. On s'est sentis comme à la maison. Une chambre propre confortable et surtout climatisée pour s'abriter de la chaleur de l'extrieur. Le petit déj est très généreux. Mille merci encore. Je le recommande vivement et j'y retournerai ❤️

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso nella medina di Marrakech a 15 minuti da piazza Jamaa El fna. Appena ristrutturato ed inaugurato il giorno del nostro arrivo. Accoglienza calorosa e gentilezza. Una vera delizia.

Endroit magnifique qui nous fait rêver avec un cadre époustouflant .le riad et bien situer au coeur de Marrakech ,avec le charme de l architecture traditionnel du pays .sans parler de l'acceuil est la gentillesse du staff ,je commande à 1000%.
