This place is excellent value for money in the back streets of Kasbah. Quiet space, lovely, helpful staff. Very homely vibe. The accommodation is basic, a bed, a wardrobe and shower and toilet. We stayed on the top floor and we had it to ourselves, we also had breakfast up there a couple of times. Our room was clean and comfortable and cool. The breakfast is a basic Moroccan breakfast with local bread, pancakes, pastries, boiled eggs and local honey and other sources. This place is very quiet so if your looking for lively this isn’t for you. If you want a quiet base camp with no frills on a budget you can’t fault it. It’s right in the action aswell if you are looking for a real marrakech vibe there’s a local market every day you have to pass through and that in itself is a experience but I don’t think it would be for everybody. I have enjoyed my stay

So welcoming we arrived around 20.30 was given a welcoming drink which was very nice. The staff then made us a lovey meal even though it was late for dinner to be served. Whilst we were eating the lovely man went and bought me and my husband birthday cake as it was my birthday and my husband’s a couple of days before. It’s a lovely clean place to stay nice and quiet but only minutes from the square .

This is absolutely the best place in Marrakesh. Just enough located outside of the extremely touristy city centre, however, just a 10 minute walk. The owners are super nice intelligent, entrepreneurial women, with a good amount of humor. Also the staff is extremely friendly. We are thankful for the stay and making us arrive gently in the busy but oh so beautiful Marrakesh. Thank you so much 🙏🏼. Oh and on top of that, the breakfast is also great, with a royal amount of food. This picture is btw from the rooftop.

We stayed at Riad Karim for 5 nights. It is very well located, in a typical but quiet area, neither too close nor too far from activities. The rooms are impeccable (bedding, air conditioning, storage ...) The best part of this Riad is in the person of Rachid ... he will save you from all situations, tell you where to go or not, what excursions to do why, where, when, how ... He will reassure you about everything ... and will be able to cook you the best tagines that can exist on earth! A truly beautiful person, as rare as she is precious, a heart of gold ... We spent 4 nights at Ryad Karim which is located in a popular and authentic area not far from the Koutoubia. Even if the access is a little confusing, the place is quiet, away from the street and close to many visits. The welcome is remarkable and the staff as well as the owner are very kind, they really do everything to make us feel good. The breakfast is good and plentiful and the dishes we had requested were of a good quality. Thanks to Rachid for his good communicative humor and his sense of humor. We laughed a lot with the "Berber". The rooms are very well kept, the beds comfortable and the individual air conditioning is effective. The common room is not very big but fresh and well decorated. All the staff treat you in an excellent way! Good people who make you feel very comfortable at all times, with impeccable cleanliness and amazing breakfasts. They provided us with taxis and even came to pick us up a few meters away from the riad on the first day. They will not hesitate to help you with any unforeseen events or needs that may arise.
