The hotel is beautifully decorated with traditional Moroccan furnishings and artwork, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.The hotel's location is also great located in the medina, as it is within walking distance of many of the city's main attractions.The rooftop terrace offers a stunning view of the city and the pool is the perfect spot to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The hotel transcends you into a fairytale oasis away from the heat and the city’s hustle and bustle.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. Close to an ancient tomb that is more than 500 years old. There are many people visiting every day. This hotel can be said to be called Taoyuan in the city, but the surrounding environment is not very good. According to the waiter, the hotel started building a new building in 2002 and first bought a house, and later bought eight more. The owner, a Frenchman, renovated the nine houses as a whole and connected them together. The design is very elegant, reflecting the Moroccan national style. Every detail is very delicate and can be called a work of art. The three-story roof is covered with flowers and various layouts. Very novel. It feels extremely cozy. The hotel's food and beverage varieties are relatively small and the taste is average, not as good as other nine points. The price is not cheap either. Overall, this hotel is quite unique. Staying for a day or two is no problem.

The hotel is very small in the old city, so you can feel the local customs. The photos are very photogenic and unique, you can book a night to experience it. The facilities should not be compared with five-star hotels, and the service staff also try their best to serve

Amazing hotel. Staff was super amazing and every detail is thoughtful with regards to amenities in the room. It was magical hotel visually. The decor and design is breathtaking. Can’t wait to get back. The breakfast was delicious and the people were over the top kind.

Stunning hotel ! Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Food and drinks exceeds the standard you would normally expect from a 5 star hotel along with the service. Perfect location and setting. Roof top bar perfect for eating and drinking along with a spot of sunbathing at the back where sun beds and chairs provided

After extensive research, chose this property and was not disappointed. The service is incredible, the staff are friendly, the rooftop bar is amazing and the breakfast was excellent. Loved the five different Riads, and the location of La Sultana.

We like small, upmarket hotels offering excellent food , comfortable, spacious rooms and a calm ambiance. The Sultana exceeded our expectations in every respect and we really can not speak more highly of this oasis, located just meters from the hustle and bustle of the Marrakesh streets and markets. Dinner each evening was just magical and much enhanced by the oud player providing authentic and soothing music. If we had to single out one aspect of the experience of staying at La Sultana, it must be the staff who were just wonderful, so attentive and pleasant without being intrusive. We would rate the Sultana as being one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, We shall definitely return.

A beautiful luxurious oasis in a hectic Kasbah. The hotel is superb for food and comfort with excellent service which is genuine care and not false or overpowering. We stayed four nights and eat dinner in the hotel every night. The roof top bar is great for lunch in the sun. The main restaurant is a wonderful experience of cuisine and service and is set in a beautiful riad next to a pool with beautiful lighting at night. The rooms are a great experience with luxury and convenience. Ours faced out onto a beautiful riad and we had our pre dinner drink outside the room each night. We have travelled the world and stayed in many luxurious hotels but La sultana is one we will never forget.

This was my second stay at La Sultana, and it was just as wonderful and incredible as I remembered. The entire staff made me feel at home away from home making my vacation a true dream and treat, including the food and the SPA. Definitely one of my favorite places in the entire world

Very expensive for the restaurant and quality is mediocre. The maitre d had no manners , he asked people to m Leave ghe restaurant and it wasnt midnight and we piad yoo much monet , we were rushed . In anothrr table a gentleman was laughing, the maitres asked him not to laugh because it's 11.30 pm and they had guests in the hotel . So why you open a restaurant if you have hotel above it ? And ask people not to laugh , people pay to go for fun and be free to talk freely .

La Sultana exceeded our expectations in every way! The hotel is a beautiful property with gorgeous décor both in the common areas and in the rooms. The restaurants are luxuriously presented with excellent food, and the service is impeccable. The hotel is located in the Medina but is accessible by car so the transfer of luggage is easy and well-coordinated. Unfortunately, the hotel cannot control the area around the hotel entrance and though they have a doorman (security) posted at the top of the alley, it can sometimes still feel jarring to transition between La Sultana and the neighborhood of the Medina surrounding it. We loved our experience at La Sultana and would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful hotel, nor would I stay anywhere else when in Marrakech.

Non guests not welcome. Tried to have a morning tea but was turned away at the door. Apparently non guests only welcome after 17h and only with a prior reservation. Surprised to see this on a rainy Monday morning in January, despite previous comments on trip advisor and having asked the concierge at our hotel
