The location is perfect because it is 10 minutes from the central square (place Jemaa el fna), but if it is your first time there you might be a little scared when you see the streets while you arrive. The guy at the reception is super nice and the place is very quiet. There is AC in the rooms so it is not too hot, but there is no pool as I read in some description. The breakfast in the morning is super delicious and complete, they serve it at the table and you choose what to eat. I am not posting any photos because I made videos and I can't upload them.

The rooms are narrow dark . There is no door for toilet . small shower. I couldn’t spread my yoga mat small room Toilet flush is broken. I didn’t bother to ask for refund . First flight back to uk

We stayed in this Riad, returned today, We had a great time, the neighborhood is very quiet and convenient to reach the central square (about 7 minutes). The staff is very kind and very friendly .... I recommend having dinner here, you eat really well with excellent typical dishes. Our experience in this Riad is to be recommended ...

Terrible experience. Don't trust the comments from 2 years ago.... we had booked for 6 nights, but just one was enough for us to flee in the morning.... room without a window with a small skylight with broken tiles, indescribable smells of cat urine and sewer! Deplorable cleanliness... 1 towel for 2, it was cold, forget the blanket with the smell of cold tobacco and cat urine.... Toilet seat not fixed, most questionable shower Various parasitic noises most of the night... Catastrophic!!! We left as quickly as possible and had to find other accommodation despite having paid through Opodo (which I will not use again), and had to pay again for a Riad....(this one excellent...) Despite everything, Mohamed the young manager was helpful and understood the problem. The photos do not always reflect reality, the atmospheres and smells..!!!
