So I opted for this Hotel since it is nearby the main train station and it is in an uncrowded area. Both of that was true and to emphasize the cleanliness was top notch. I had breakfast (from 7 to 10 a.m.) included, which was quite plain, but enough to start the day. The selection in the restaurant is much better. A few things didn't work well (Power Plug near the bed, bath room equipment), otherwise the room was handy and good equiped. In summary a good price-performance-ratio.

Placed at a crossroad of two big roads and therefore no place for a peaceful night. Even double windows couldn’t keep the peace. Add very small and really hard beds, small rooms and a tired but extremely warm breakfastroom, and you are not in the road to success So the helping factor would then be the staff …… no help there. As one of them said “I’m at a hotel, don’t ask me for service”. So if I were you I would find a more quiet place with happy people. At this hotel there is only one that smiles… the bell boy is a sweetie

And a few stuff they where kind of unfriendly after we told them. Never again

Absolutely horrible experience at the place i wish I could gave zero star instead of putting 1* this experience here never happened to me I trusted them obviously they take advantage to get into your room when you leave the hotel for the journey, i got robbed the steel one of my expensive suits still brand new and One of my I phones X extra one that I carry incase i need it, at the beginning i didn’t really realise until I left… I tried to contact the hotel I spoke to the manager or supervisor she said to me i don’t think you left anything here just check where you forget it i said i didn’t stay anywhere except at your place it was so choking to me She said let me ask and get back to you but she never pick up the phone again I never get my stuff back am here to write this review all i can say is i will never ever stay at this place or places like this pay extra money just to be comfortable and secure that not one take any advantage of taking peoples items it’s absolutely unfair for the hospitality it is very horrible Not recommended at all. 0

Please do not go to this place, they are thieves, they have stolen my wallet from my room and a friend's phone. They take advantage when you leave the hotel, as they have twice the key, I arrived at the time the receptionist left our room! they are very aggressive.

If the presentation photos are pretty they must date back to 1990. If the current rooms resemble the photos, they have not been maintained. Everything is dirty, the cleaning is so well done that we find money under the bed???? The windows which do not close therefore constant noise in the room especially when it is located on the boulevard. We had a half board option!!!! A menu for hotel residents with 4 choices of starters, main courses and desserts. Once you remove the missing dishes, the choice is reduced by more than half. What can I say about the quality of the dishes served, I have no words to describe what is served, simply unspeakable and even less edible, a horror. Please note that drinks are not included in half board. We therefore ate only once in this establishment and when paying the bill we received no commercial gesture from the management who was aware of it. If you need an Internet connection, be aware that it is only functional every other day. The only positive point is the staff who remain available. A word of advice: flee this place which will very soon end up in ruins. It's a shame to receive customers in these conditions.
