Very good Local shop with amenities shown in the picture. The outside is deceiving

Very rude staff. They tried to charge us extra money as they said our brother is an adult as he has past his 12th birthday. However when we booked on Trip.com it stated that a child is 12 years. They tried threatening to take our stuff if we didn’t pay or kick us out of our room. Very rude , we tried to explain it’s the agencies fault and that we didn’t have the money but insisted we paid and threatened us. Did have good amenities , the buffet food gave us diarrhea. Wouldn’t come back they only care about money.

Very good hotel well located and level of services at the top the varied food the stay went well with no problem

Best value for money. This was my third visit, and the bed sheets and pillow covers were a bit dirty.

The property was nice but dated and in need of some refurbishment. Specially the rooms: when we got there the safe was not working, the shower head was broken, the phone did not work, the AC made noises a d the bathroom leaked. Staff was very polite and nice to us. Food options were very good, as there were several choices always.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities were excellent and rooms and communal areas were extremely clean. The food was lovely but possibly could have been a little more varied on a day to day basis. All in all we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend Aqua Mirage to others.

Aqua mirage club and aqua Park is a good place for family holidays with kids. It is a fun experience for water activities and has a wide range of food and drinks. This hotel would be better if some food was served throughout the day. The staff are kind and friendly and will always help you feel at home. Overall, it was great.

The property is in much need of an update from the reception entrance to the rooms are very dated. Food and facilities was good enough. Snacks bars really good for lunch. The basketball and footballs need updating cos really rubbish for the kids as no bounce and no equipment to blow them up. Just a few issues what let the stay down Our patio door never locked, our main door sometimes decided to not open, ants in bathroom everyday. A lot of wasps round pool areas and no cleaner to clean stuff up. The transfer bus to centre is really helpful All staff helpful and willing to help If leaving the property be careful as we nearly got mugged twice but the centre of Marrakesh is lovely to experience and rooftop bars very nice just be curious of your surroundings and if use a taxis always agree a price before getting in.

We were in the hotel with my family for a week. The hotel is in perfect position of the building with sound proof rooms. We were lucky to have a rooms with view and balcony to catch sunset and see the water park. Hotel is quiet and possible to feel at home there with full of assorted food and drinks as we booked 'all inclusive package' The staff are very good and polite, flexible and understanding. The environment is quite and greenish surrounded with orange trees. Every night there is different entertainment for the guests. The only thing which i didn't like is some days the serve the same food lunch and dinner which was boring but desert was perfect. I recommend to anyone as i'm planning to go back in April.

Great experience- friendly staff, good playing areas, swimming pools for children, food is great. The only downside is the hotel rooms need updating. Overall, recommend to families!

We visited this property every year but during this visit from the beginning there were issues with customer service. We reserved and paid for 3 rooms (4 adults, 5 children) but they charged the 13 year olds as adults when we got to the property so we had to pay an extra charge. During the check in process I continuously asked if there was an issue but she said no and called the manager. The customer service here was horrendous by the front reception staff. There was an African woman who was next in line that was completely ignored only for the staff to attend to the European woman who was behind her.

It was very good comfortable stay. I must say that the waiters were very helpful and they arranged for a short Birthday celebration for my son in a very shot time inspite of several odds. We stayed here at the end of Dec and the water was quite cold but still we could see the water facilities could be used in mid afternoon although a bit cold. Definitely recommended.
