I'll admit we weren't expecting much from a 1 star hostel and i'd never stayed in one before but i certainly would again. We had a little trouble finding the hostel but you'll have that issue all over Marrakech. All the rooms were clean and tidy, there was very little noise even if we were sharing a floor with others asnd sharing a bathroom wasn't an issue as there is one on each floor. Breakfast was basic bread, cheese, jam, coffee but very tasty and plenty of it. The people who run this don't speak much english but we managed to communicate using google translate when our french wasn't up to scratch. It's a great base if you're going to be out most of the day exploring Marrakech and it's very close to everything, Tin makers square with restaurants and a bar is very close and also two shops next door. I'd come back here again any time and may do next year.

I highly recommend ! Warm welcome from Azeddine, he was very kind, professional and he was there for everything: reservation of excursions (Sahara, Essaouira), taxi request, good advice, etc... He was responsible for our stay Morocco is going wonderfully and it must be said. The hostel is clean and pretty, excellent quality in relation to the price, the Breakfast is generous... Finally, the hostel is located in a secure area next to the royal palace and close to all tourist attractions: jemaa le fna ( 10 minutes walk crossing a souk), bahia palace, the sadian tombs, etc. If you are looking for a cheap place Peace Hostel is a great option!! Cet hôtel est très bien placé dans la ville, mais il es presque impossible d’y dormir, pas du tout d’isolation phonique dans certaines chambres et quartier extrêmement bruyant ! Cela sera une nuit blanche pour notre famille. Je déconseille malheureusement.
