Riad Khalifa

One of the most amazing hotels I have ever stayed in, the staff (in particular Hassan), were all amazing. We only stayed one night but I will definitely be back to enjoy it for longer. Beautiful, comfortable, quiet, safe and yet very close to the centre of the city. Thank you.

Such a beautiful, calm and well located Riad. Lovely friendly and helpful staff and comfortable well appointed rooms. It is difficult to find so be aware of this, once you're there it's easy to get back to though! Lovely breakfasts up on the terrace overlooking the rooftops of Marrakesh. Would definitley return here. Please note that the pool in the courtyard is for looking at only, you can't go in it, which was a shame, as would have loved to after a hot day of sightseeing.

I travelled as part of a group of ladies - our first time in Morocco and the team at Riad Si Khalifa made it an unforgettable trip. We were a little dubious when we arrived, the Riad is down a ramshackle alley (as are all the Riads!) but the door opens and you find yourself in the most gorgeous setting. The riad is very clean and comfortable and the staff are outstanding. They go the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need and can contact them at any time - especially if you get lost, which we did! It was so reassuring to know there was someone around day and night. The breakfast was fresh and there was something for everyone. If you want an authentic riad experience don’t hesitate to book here!

We stayed at this Riad for 4 nights and I can only recommend it to everyone! Located strategically to visit Marrakech's major attractions, it's a 10/15-minute walk from the main square (Jemaa el-Fnaa) and 25 minutes from the Jardin Majorelle. Although difficult to find at first, the alley leading to the Riad is safe and well-lit at night. Once you step through the entrance door, you find yourself in a typical Moroccan house, where every corner immerses you in the local culture. Our room was very spacious with a king-size bed, freestanding bathtub, and ensuite bathroom. Make sure to communicate in advance if you prefer a room with a shower. Breakfast is served on the Riad's terrace, where you can enjoy a 360-degree panorama. Breakfast includes: coffee, milk, honey, jam, yogurt, cake slices, pancakes... served at the table. Dinner is available upon request (but we didn't have time). The Riad offers excursions, massages, and Hammam. We visited the Atlas Mountains using a private driver provided by the Riad. Naturally, it costs more, but I can assure you it's worth it. The driver stopped whenever we wanted, accompanied us at every stop, and was kind and attentive throughout the journey. We took advantage of the Hammam and massage offered by the Riad and were satisfied, especially with the massage. Internet works well in almost every corner of the Riad. I saved a special mention for the staff: from arrival to departure, they accompanied and spoiled us. Especially Hassan, who was an angel. I will definitely return when I'm back in Marrakech!
