Hotel with a very nice courtyard. Service ok. Food and excursions offered by the hotel have a high margin.

If I could give a lower rating I would. Whilst friendly the staff were less than accommodating. My friend and I had a double bed and asked for a twin room (as requested at booking). We were told they could put a single bed in the room but refused to do so because there were only two of us. On arrival we could not find the hotel because the sign was tiny and unnoticeable. A local pointed it out to us then followed us demanding money. He and his ‘friend’ were aggressive and threatening. The hotel staff had to speak to them to send them away but this did not stop them being intimidating again 2 nights later when they saw us. The hotel was down a dingy alley next to a partially demolished building, with cigarette ends and cat faeces littering the way. It was dark and we did not feel safe. The room was so narrow we could not even sit on the side of the bed as our feet would not fit in the gap. The ‘pool’ was small and cold. There was no natural light in the room. All in all it was an unpleasant experience and not the enjoyable holiday we had anticipated. Hugely disappointing.

I have given this 'hotel' 1 star and that's a fair rating due to the very unpleasant location. I stayed here 22nd November 2024, on arrival at the street, unfortunately we couldn't find the hotel and had to ask a local for directions, we were only a few metres away but the hotel is down an alley and there is no way to locate it from the street. The locals, two young men, then trapped us in the alley leading to the hotel and demanded money, great start!!!! The 'swimming pool' is the size of a jacuzzi, and stone cold, completely unusable. Breakfast was small, no choice, just a little pancake, a tiny portion of fruit, and a cake. I have added pictures of of the entrance to the hotel, which is located on a street that is very isolated, run down and full of beggars, very unpleasant. We were two women holidaying alone and were scared to leave the hotel at night. Very, very basic rooms, no twin beds. No drawers etc, we didn't even bother unpacking. There is no where safe to leave valuables so don't take anything of value.

The only reason I booked this Riad was because of its manager, he managed multiple riads, and I stayed at a different riad prior to this one. I was lucky I guess... I exchanged a few words with Ossama and he advised me to change riads given this one has more to offer. The rooms were spacious and very clean, the service was top notch, and I can't seem to get the taste of the offered breakfasts off my mouth. I'll definitely stay here again given the chance.

One of the best experinces to try in Marrakech, Staff were so friendly and attentive. ready to help and give advices anytime. The riad has a book full of different activities, inside & around Marrakech, we have tried the hot air ballon which is a unique experience to see the sunrise of Marrakech decorated by the Atlas Mountain which stand like blue wall all around the city. we will deffinitly comme back

The worst experience till now. For first time property try to charge my card 3 m in advanced when the booking is free cancellation and pay at the property. I was lucky as my bank block transaction. So i cancel the booking and even after they try to charge my card ( for 2times amount of my booking ) The property don t reply on my emails or phone calls.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nicely decorated for my partners birthday. They give a great overview of marrakech and where is worth going to. Breakfast was great. Only downside was the evening meal, we waited an hour for it to come out cold. Other than that I would definitely recommend and would return.

Staff are very friendly and go out there way to give you a good time. However there not clear with what they tell you. Yes we can do massage, nothing about if you cancel or any charges. When we didnt show to the one massage booked ,the hotel chased us for the whole amount and cancelation fee. The massage person said its okay not to worry but this didnt go anywhere as all staff were told about it. The manager agreed to help us in a way after adding on taxes per night near to £50. When i paid the charges i was then told our transport was cancelled which the manager had agreed. Me and my partner were already having a rough time as we were trying to enjoy our honeymoon. The room was alright, our shower had water coming out into the room, took the manager to come and see and realised they had closed the drain for some reason. The hotel dosent have a SPA which they have listed, if they do your going to another hotel elsewhere , they drop you and somewhere waits but you have to tip him for waiting. ( thats how they do things), tip for info or lift or even to buy food or they give you a bad look) The breakfast was good, we enjoyed other little things outside the hotel.
