One of the best hotels in Marrakech , I was in marrakech several years ago but Palais Rhoul was so exceptional from the front office staff to the restaurant services , in all it feels like a dream when in place

A rather unusual hotel, but one that takes in all the glories of Africa and displays the necessary Western hospitality. Service and Food is very very good. Suite was plentiful and we highly recommend if you are looking for general peace and quiet. A short stay and thoroughly enjoyable.

The location is outside of Marrakesh but they collected us in a very nice taxi and the hotel has a real WOW effect! We had a bedroom next to the pool and the room was large and fantastic! The food in the evening and morning was incredible and the staff were all very nice! We would love to have spent more time there. It’s worth every penny!

I am writing this review whilst I’m sunbathing in the garden of this truly beautiful Hotel. Where to start…… not only is this a hidden gem, it’s completely private, it’s surrounding gives you sense of pure luxury and professionalism. The staff go out of their way to make your stay memorable and welcome. I’m so happy we have another 3 days left! Thank you for making a very long awaited holiday so beautiful.

We have just returned from Palais Rhoul. An establishment which does not necessarily have all the details of a luxury hotel but this was quickly forgotten in the face of this magical and fantastic decor. The exteriors of the Palace, when you have breakfast, are simply extraordinary. The flowers and the vegetation enhance the place. The staff is extremely friendly. The breakfast served at the table, the squeezed orange juice and the pancakes made my teenagers happy. We had dinner one evening in the main room, in front of a fireplace, equally impressive with the atypical decoration and the high ceilings, the piano is available if you know how to play it. The dishes were all good. A haven of peace to absolutely do if the distance from the center of Marrakech does not bother you.

Le Palais Rhoul est tout simplement magnifique dans tous ses aspects. L ´architecture, la décoration ( les chambres sont décorées avec goût )la piscine , le jardin , la restauration ( mention spéciale pour le couscous )tout est pensé pour offrir une expérience exceptionnelle . Nous avons passés 5 jours dans cet havre de paix pour le mariage de notre fils ! Tout était parfait ! Le service impeccable toujours attentionné et discret et surtout très professionnel. Nous tenons à remercier chaleureusement toute l équipe de cet hôtel . Un grand merci à la personne exceptionnelle Mona qui nous a accompagné tout au long de la préparation du mariage et du séjour . Son attention , sa bienveillance, son professionnalisme ont été toujours présents ! Le Palais Rhoul reste définitivement notre coup de cœur à Marackech !

Poussiéreux, antique , personnel désagréable, réceptionniste très occupée a ne rien faire tous ça pour la modique somme de 400 euro et plus . Attrape touriste !! Nous avons été très déçu et sommes parti avant l’heure du Chek out personne pour s’occuper de vous un palais abandonné .
