作為一家在古城裡的酒店，一切都還算不錯，會有歡迎甜點（雖然齁甜是當地的特色）。整體房屋有摩洛哥風格，因此洗手間也相對比較簡樸。酒店免費提供的早餐很不錯。但一點美中不足的是：床上鋪的毯子感覺有點不太乾淨，其餘都很棒。

Pros: The staff was very attentive and responsive, the location was great (in the heart of restaurants, shops, etc.), and our family room comfortably slept 4 adults. Cons: The decor seemed a little tired in person (online photos are great), and there was a nail salon in the courtyard, which distracted from it's vibe.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. I took my wife and 4 children to this Hamam. We agreed the service and price a day before and paid the deposit. After the service, he changed the price completely and charged us nearly double to what he had agreed. Con of a spa, you could never tell from seeing the entrance - don't be fooled by its nice exterior.

Very clean nice facilities staff very very friendly especially Simon he was very helpful when we needed our boarding passes printed the cleaning staff are also on point and where very nice in asking to clean the rooms, the place is aesthetically pleasing and location is perfect for tourists as you are near the centre and near other touristy spots so there is less harassment in the markets near the area which was a good change from the one we stayed in before would 100% recommend.

Had no complaints with the stay. The room was lovely, it was cleaned each day and was located in a great area of Marrakech. The staff were welcoming and always greeted us with a smile, especially Simone. They were also kind to print our boarding passes free of charge. I would definitely recommend for the price.

We had massages. The massage was fantastic! One of the best i ever had, even better than many i had from long years certified training. However the location is not very nice, pictures look mich better then in real life. staff is pretty pushy with google review and tipping…

We had the most amazing hammam and massage experience at Bliss Riad. Naima was soothing, polite, discreet and excellent in the hammam. Never felt cleaner! For the massage Fatima gave a brilliant toning massage, her movements were simply perfection. Naomi too for the toning massage had incredible movement, pressure and even 75mins didn’t feel like enough. We could have stayed there all day being taken care of in this way like Queens. Thank you, we will be back.

Beautiful and the location is perfect. Everything was super clean and the best hammam ever. The rooftop was magical!!! And the breakfast and the service was top notch. Nazir and the rest of the staff was very accommodating I would recommend this to everyone because of the location.
