The service is not that good compared to other hotels at the reception.
The pool is not clean and not central
The games room is neglected
And the rooms are not renovated and have a terrible smell.
There is nowhere to go in the area except to order a taxi
In short - cute because the rooms are huge!

The property was excellent and staff is very polite and good. We came with family and taken the family accommodation and it was too good and the room is too big and with sitout room , 2 bathrooms and with big balcony. Food at restaurant is too good with more range of verities in breakfast and dinner. Like to visit again.

Fantastic stay and experience.. I was upgraded to Jacuzzi rooms which was a pleasant surprise .. Good experience starting with reception to support staff.. Highly recommend for family visits.. lots of stuff to keep both kids and adults occupied

We stayed at Grand Mercure Candolim for 3 nights in the second week of May, and it was a fantastic experience. The property is well-maintained, and the location is ideal if you're looking for a peaceful yet connected part of North Goa. The Goan food served at the restaurant was delicious—we especially enjoyed the local curries and seafood during our stay. A special thanks to Afsar and Balanche from the front desk. They upgraded our room and also arranged some lovely in-room amenities that made our stay even more special. Their warm hospitality and quick assistance throughout the stay truly stood out.
