The Duporth Riverside

Well-designed and located off Duporth Ave, a modern ***** of shops and places to eat. Stayed in room 302 for three nights. Very spacious apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Impeccably clean and well-maintained. It is big enough for a family, but equally suitable for a couple. The second two bedrooms and a bathroom are closed off unless you have paid for them as part of your booking. The natural view over the Maroochy river was the highlight for us. The view looks out over the water, Goat and Channel Islands and beyond to a natural horizon and Mt Coolum. Goat and Channel Islands are part of Maroochy River Conservation Park. The view is ever-changing with the tides and weather. I photographed 20 bird species and heard the calls of a few more on the breeze. The 180 degree views are accessible from the living area as well as the master bedroom. The kitchen was also excellent with good quality and array of cutlery, crockery and appliances, including Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods). Pool is also excellent - suitable for either relaxing or swimming laps. Gym also well-appointed and maintained. Underground car park easy to access. A hearty 5/5 and will definitely be back.

We've stayed here several times and it never disappoints! Our Unit was clean, very spacious and we appreciated that the kitchen was very well equipped. The lounge/dining furniture is very comfortable to sit back and relax. Facilities were great and the location is fabulous.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Duporth Riverside Apartments. Our apartment in the North Tower had a stunning view over the river and out towards the ocean. Whilst a little dated the apartment was large and very comfortable with everything we could ever want. The beds were so comfortable and the pool area overlooking the river divine! Being walking distance to many restaurants and supermarket was great too. The underground parking kept the car cool for day trips and secure at night. We would recommend asking for a high floor if staying over the weekends especially Friday and Saturday as was noisy with people yelling in the street. The apartment building is being painted right now but did not cause us any inconvenience at all. Thanks to friendly management team for a wonderful stay!

The Management goes the extra mile. Very helpful with future bookings. Excellent accommodation everything you need very comfortable beds. Fantastic location and views unbelievable. The pool is very accessible for elderly with mobility issues.

👍we stayed on the 9th floor in unit 907. Room was spacious and clean,ripper of a view that stretched for miles. Large private balcony to enjoy drinks and great pool and spa area. Undercover security parking,very close to eateries and supermarket to buy supplies. Highly recommend Marrakech restaurant short walk away and also the duporth tavern. 👎only downside was the king size mattress in the main bedroom really needs replacing (dips badly on either side.)
