We have done multiple stays at Rovera because we have a lot of overseas visitors and we like them to experience the Sunshine Coast. It's a great place to base yourself and it is walking distance from some of the best restaurants, beaches and shopping. The apartments are very spacious, superbly furnished, beautiful balconies, views and amenities. 10/10 for cleanliness! We also love that there is no minimum stay (unlike may accommodations on the sunshine coast). It allows us flexibility and to be able to visit more often!

Very clean, friendly staff, great location. We had a couples weekend away, it was so nice. The community was friendly. Lots of places for dinner that were walking distance. Parking was good and we have a big car. I would stay here again and be willing to take my kids, as there was so much room in our apartment

The location is perfect for access to all shops, restaurants, cafes and the beach. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and spacious. Communication with the host Megan was exemplary and we highly recommend Rovera. We have already booked to return.

Booked 3 or 4 rooms for the family to celebrate my 80th birthday. Great room and facilities but regrettably we were forced to leave our stay early due to the imminent cyclone. Very good communication and managers were prepared to accommodate our every need. Would certainly book there again.

Loved the very spacious 1 bed suite on the 2nd floor, had a really good view from our huge balcony. All the shops that you needed were below on the one street. Quite a few nice restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay again if we are in Cotton Tree. Our hosts Megan and Rob were lovely and nothing was too much trouble for them.

We have stayed here a number of times before and it is always enjoyable. The apartments are well appointed and the complex is immaculate. There is a lovely swimming pool and the grounds are so well kept. The location is excellent and it's just a short stroll to the beach. Cotton Tree has numerous restaurants and coffee shops so everything is within walking distance. The Managers are exceptionally helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. It's always a delight to return and we are already looking forward to booking our next stay.

A great sized apartment in a great spot on the Sunshine Coast. Great size deck for outdoor eating and air conditioning inside to keep cool. Excellent hosts and we loved our time there. The pool was excellent and so was the BBQ. This was our 3rd visit as. family and we will be back.
