Chateau de Stacy has terrible accommodations and customer service. I’m not sure if it was a language barrier, but essentially we tried to book a reservation day of and it kept saying error on the web page. Ultimately we decided to pick a different place in Reims for dinner, however hours later we found a confirmation email from Chateau de Stacy regarding a reservation, we called to try to tell them the situation and they were not understanding at all. They said we would be charged 100 euros if we did not show, even though their website was giving us errors. They were not accommodating at all, and it was likely due to there were only 2 other couples in the restauraunt. This was a very unpleasant experience and very disappointed in their customer service.

We had a lovely stay at the Chateau! The views are stunning and connecting village is idyllic. I would also like to personally recognize Adrien! He made us feel incredibly welcomed and he was super sweet and attentive! Every morning at breakfast he’d welcome you with a smile and would warm up the atmosphere! Lovely staff all around, amazing views, great rooms, and Adrien was the star of our stay

Adrien was our waiter in this beautiful setting, a stunning environment. The decor is amazing, overlooking the vineyards. Adrien was attentive and charming, his English was good and he explained the menu and recommended options for us to try. He looked after us well.

Our second visit and a lovely stay yet again . Two nights this time , which gave us a chance to explore the area a little. The staff here are all friendly and helpful . Our room ( the Winston Churchill ) could do with some proper hanging space and maybe a shower as well , it’s a large bathroom . Breakfasts seemed improved from last year. On the first night we chose badly and didn’t really enjoy our mains but the second night , when we chose fish to share with seasonal vegetables was delicious. Would definitely recommend

We had a wonderful time in this castle the welcome is great and we ate well thank you to the chef. The dishes were delicious we ate well, I had a crush for dessert with strawberries. Thanks to Ines who took care of us and was very cute with us. We’ll be back

This place was like a dream. The hotel was beautiful, the food exquisite and the employees so nice! They had bikes we rode throughout the vineyards and the small towns. They had music one night. The outdoor eating area has the best views.

Wonderful hotel (recently renovated) overlooking the village of Sacy. We spent 2 nights in the Le Roi Soleil. The trip was a wedding anniversary and we were greeted with a bottle of champagne and a beautiful view of the vineyards. Dinner was excellent and the manager (Kevin) greeted us on check in with a "Congratulations". A Fantastic stay!!
