The location is central, with a minibus stop at the door. The rooms are spacious and clean. The balcony faces the street, but it is quiet and not noisy when closed. The only drawback is the network. WiFi is only available at the door, and data can only be used in the room.

Great place, you can go to the beach in a swimsuit and throw something on. Breakfast is normal, the rooms are not new, but not dirty. The bathroom smells damp. Small cockroaches slip through. The refrigerator was tiny and cool, does not freeze. For such a price with such a place it will do.

We were transferred to this hotel because our initial hotel’s air conditioning wasn’t working. This was their sister hotel a few 100 yards down the road. I don’t usually write reviews on TripAdvisor and understand you get what you pay for. My main gripe was the breakfast. Breakfast was continental with very limited choice, the cereals left uncovered and tasted stale, no coffee machine and the machine that dispensed fresh juice was disgusting so strong like thick syrup. The worse thing was the waiter clearing the tables was chucking unused bread rolls from plates left at tables back into the bread basket!! Needless to say we didn’t eat there again and had the extra expense of having to eat out everyday! The room was empty most days so guess others guests must’ve thought the same. The rooms were disgusting and couldn’t have the window open as the noise from the bar next door was so loud! The reception staff were nice though and helpful when we needed to print our boarding passes out.

Almena city is the best!! The food is really great, people from the receptionare are so nice and they will do anything you ask them. They found my lost phone!!! Also, swimming in the pool after hours was a great thing to do; I loved it. :) Come and experience Marmaris in the Almena city hotel.

The hotel itself is modest, but for the money it's ok, but! If the windows overlook the street, you won't be able to fall asleep whenever you want. I, with my very sensitive sleep, had to buy earplugs. The breakfasts are monotonous, but quite good. And now the main thing that seemed unacceptable. The admin, whose name is Farhat, doesn't know what subordination means. He invited me for coffee, then to a club, and when she didn't accept my application on Instagram, he started asking why she didn't accept it. This is very off-putting. We won't come to this hotel again.

I have never seen a place that does not care so much about guest satisfaction. The breakfast was very bad, we did not even eat it. The rooms were dirty. The previous guest's mess was not cleaned. No one came to clean the rooms. The elevator was broken. If they tried a little harder, it could be a better hotel, but this is what is happening now.
