I stayed here on the 11th to the 18th of july 2024 worst experience of my life we booked 2 appartments when we arrived we got 2 bedrooms my son had to sleep on a chair the following morning we went to reception to be told that the appartments were over booked eventually we got 1 of the appartments which was smelly , very dirty and light fittings hanging off the walls , if you turned on the kettle the electricity would trip the toilet seat was broken and the shower was full of hair the shower was also broken rooms never cleaned . no fresh towels i was in my apptment and a maid left a man into my room who took the fridge when i went to reception to tell them i was laughed at and said (what the fck do you want a fridge for from the owner ) i got a funny smell and looked ontop of the press where i found a BAG OF HASH which i flushed down the toilet if a child found it what would have happened , staff are rude and very unfriendly snearing into your face and throwing there eyes they ruined my holiday i go on holidays 4 times a yesr and iv never ever written a bad review AVOID IT IS THE WORST IV EVER BEEN TO

Stayed here September and can’t recommend this enough. Friendly and can’t do enough for you. Excellent English Breakfast. Great central location with plenty around! Thank you for your amazing hospitality. We will be back and recommend to friends

Lovely hotel,so clean,food amazing,pool very clean and well maintaned,big added bonus it has a lift,staff are the best,arrive as guests..leave as family, taylan the owner is so good,nothing a bother to him,goes above and beyond to help,see yous all very soon xxx
