The staffs are rude. They are not helpful at all. They rip off people through referrals. The middleman is the main guy so don`t get in the trap, read the comments as some people has already realised that. The toilet stinks. Food smell comes from outside everyday .They don`t clean the rooms properly. Entrance toilet is almost never clean. Things are broken not fixed. They don`t clean the pool often as it was dirty to use it for long time. The hammam and some facilities was closed. The breakfast is not enough. You can get much better hotel in the same area with all included price half price . I don`t recommend this hotel at all.

This is a basic three star hotel but is in a good location to the beach. The hotel is not designed for western tourists and more Turkish tourists. The staff are blunt, the rooms are very small and have a resemblance of smoke/damp odour. Breakfast was not good.

We were there for couple of days and because of location everything was so reachable and easy also hotel was clean and the crew was so friendly. I will visit again. When you get up in the morning a great view say hello to you. The weather was bad sometimes but even so we had great time.

Perfect place to stay in Marmaris. Clean,friendly and value hotel, good location very close to beach. Food is also very good, i definately recommend this place to stay.Pool area constantly cleaned .Walking distance to center . Booked twice this year.

Do not stay hear staff are so rude, they have no understanding of customer service what so ever. They are rude and miserable and very unwelcome. Rooms are small breakfast is not nice at all. I would not recommend this place for anyone to stay in marmaris. Stay away

Ailemle Casa De Maris Hotel’de Marmaris’te çok güzel günler geçirdik. 8 gün boyunca rahatladık ve keyif aldık. Özellikle restoran çalışanı Hakan’ı övgüyle anmak istiyoruz. Her seferinde bize çok nazik davrandı, kibar ve her zaman güler yüzlüydü.

Konumu ve odaların manzarası harika. Kahvaltı nefis. Çalışanlar, özellikle resepsiyon ve kahvaltı bölümünde görevli personel çok anlayışlı, güleryüzlü. Arabanızı otelin önüne park edebiliyorsunuz. Bizim kaldığımız dönem, sessiz ve sakindi.

Koşa ve hızlı bir tatilde mola vermek için gecelik kaldığımız tesis. Konumu muhteşem, temizlik özenli. Bir yıldız kırmamın tek sebebi kahvaltı iyi değildi. Onun dışında manzarası çok güzel, tam merkezde bir otel. Tekrar tercih ederim.
