Costa Mare Suites

been to turkey 19 times, Great place! Although, you get what you pay for. it is definitely a three star. we stayed here for 4 nights - thursday to monday. we arrived at 5am on Friday morning, slept for two hours then went to breakfast. first thing I had was a fresh omelette along with some fresh pancakes, absolutely brilliant! We went back to the room to have a rest then went on the free shuttle at 10:30 which takes you to near the blue port down at the beachfront in Marmaris. We then walked up to the harbour./bazaar to look around at different shops. We got a taxi back to the hotel just in time for lunch which was really nice, with a variety of dishes including chicken in a white sauce. along with stews and various side dishes, they even had a large salad bar. after this we decided to go to the pool bar to get some drinks, there is cold Efes beer on tap and you can request to have your drink in a glass rather than a plastic cup if you would like. There was a very good waiter at the bar called Can. The cocktails have a good variety and do not taste bland. The only thing that I would complain about is certain members of staff not communicating with each other to sort out minor issues in the hotel like empty coffee machines etc. there was a family at the hotel who did not drink alcohol and would ask for bottles of water for their room and they were refused them, until my dad took it up with one of the barmen who then gave the family bottles of water. at one point, there was no hot chocolate in any ofthe coffee machines for 3 to 4 days. apart from these few faults, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone as it is a good base for visiting Marmaris, along with being clean and friendly. Yasemin was the maid during our stay, she was fantastic. The room was bright, along with being clean and very spacious. The entertainment team went above and beyond to entertain the guests getting everyone involved no matter their age or ability! If you are a big family, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I promised the lovely girls in the hair salon I would post a review . Had a pedicure and I would highly recommend . My partner had a Turkish shave and he loved it too . They were doing hair braiding when I was there and the family were very happy with the result , looked good to me too , the child was happy with her lovely hair . It's a very clean hotel , staff are lovely and the quiet pool is a nice touch to have a choice . Lovely wine is available at dinner time , fresh omelettes made every morning, also fresh pancakes , fried eggs too . Overall had a lovely time .

well what can i say going to get the bad points out off the way there was not any sunloungers by 6 am but thats the same in most hotels the building work wasnt happening whlie we were there at the start of may ive seen lot of reviews about water there are water dipensers about just with other ppl filling big water bottles up it get empty fast (maybe go shop and get one big jug like we did ) aprt from that i couldnt fault it food was fab staff couldnt do enthough for u my mum was in a worse hotel so we spoke to the manger he said day passes are 30 uk pounds so they spent time with us hotel was spotless staff were fab we even had our own waiter we have rebooked for next year word to the wise be carfull off cash machine as the the one we used had the draw glued so lost 100 pounds

Its my first time in this hotel.I must say that i liked everything.The room was so clean, and comfortable.The food was excellent, the service great, the hotel stuff great.All of them are so kind and polite.With one word everything was perfect.Especialy was great in the nights, there was a show and fun for guest in all ages, thanks to the wonderfull entertainment team.Thanks to them we had a lot of fun.Especially thanks to Umit enetrtainment manger, who is very kind,polite,friendly and fun man.He was so hellpfull, he helped us about everything what we needed, great friend we wont forget him.Thank u once again for all Umit!!!We had a perfect holiday,Marmaris is amazing its more than sure that we will come back here , in this city and in this wonderfull hotel!!! 🩵

Awful experience!! Was woken up every morning at 6am to people reserving sun beds so could never get one myself! Was given a drink in a dirty glass Waited over 40 minutes and asked 4 different people for a drink of water 🤦🏼‍♀️also had my tea taken off my whilst I was still eating it🤯overall awful experience Hotel couldn’t cater for the popularity of guests

Hotel was very clean very friendly waiters and bar staff Amanda and the guys in the Turkish bath and massage staff where excellent really worth the money very friendly I’m very attentive didn’t really enjoy the entertainment as it appealed to younger people

Please just don’t come here !! You’ll be more stressed than relaxed at this point I’m gagging to get home !! I will give the fairest review possible . I am currently at the hotel and there is talk of E-coli and food poisoning. Everything is frozen and still undercooked apart from some cheesy bread at the ‘snack bar ‘ which can not keep up with capacity of rooms and visitors. My balcony is facing the outside of the hotel where construction is undergoing blowing red dust everywhere and staining everything outside . Not going into detail but there are also VERY questionable stains on my mattress… apart from the above the staff are very polite and eager to help if you need anything . Unless the take the plate out from underneath you midway through eating some chips because the restaurant is not big enough to accommodate having this many guest . Waste of money . Sad . Everyone is so miserable and fed up .

The hotel staff are really friendly the hotel is clean. If you are late to breakfast then beware there may not be anything left to eat. The food is just warm and I think the staff have problems keeping up with the amount of people in the hotel. If you want a sun lounger after 7am good luck!. The entertainment is the same most nights, kids disco with the same play list and bingo. As a family we have eaten out most evenings as the food wasn’t great! If you come to turkey it would be nice to have Turkish food. They decided to start digging round by the rooms and everything was covered in red dust. The drinks are beer, vodka, rum, brandy & gin.also had to wait 2 days for the room to be cleaned after the dust was everywhere in the room. The good things was the excursions Turkey is a lovely place but I definitely won’t be coming back to this hotel again.

My partner and myself are just back from a week here so just wanted to say thank you to every staff member at this hotel ,they are the friendliest most helpful people nothing was to much , they worked so hard to cater for everybody. Marmaris is a beautiful place and we would highly recommend visiting So once again thank you to everyone at this hotel for making our first trip to Turkey very memorable.
