CLE Beach Boutique Hotel

Well on arrival weret much of a greating was given key told to find me own room not a problem for me ,room was basic but was expecting it to be worst how ever room was tidy clean didt look to closely but ok for me had shower toilet basic stuff single beds which was a problem as not just to however for the price , location was fine it has a swimming pool sun lounges which need to be renewed and not enough of them me would stay again knowing wot to expect 1star hotel price wise great

-Was 5 days vacation. Can say best location,clean.Not big but nice pool arounded with trees. All day was sun no buildings that can hide. Breakfast is very good. Enough meals you can eat freshly.Good options if compare 3 stars. -I see some bad reviews pity for that negative people. -Thanks for good welcoming. -Recommended

Got here to be told we had no transfers that’s on jet 2 left duty free on bus we paid £50 to get hotel reception txt bus app up nxt morning no buffet considering we paid for AI I’d of been happy we cornflakes but nothing no English staff so they handed us there phone to type it in manager turned up said not enough guests to do AI buffet we paid for & tried to give us a wierd salad Turkish breckfast then refused to help us move hotel untill he got his £ back called love holidays 5 times on 4th & 5th attempt on emergency number it had been disconnected by day 3 still no choice of food they tried to give us random soup / cold manky pasta so by day 3 we had no choice but to pay to move so had to then pay stupid amounts of £ to eat & drink we did return to hotel passed by on & they tryed to refuse us a drink considering we paid to be there till 15th May absolutely worst holiday ever & hotel

AVOID-AVOID-AVOID-AVOID-AVOID- I’m hoping that people do take notice to the lower rating reviews for the Mert Seaside Hotel’ as they really are genuine!! ** I can’t bare when I come away and individuals are moaning for the sake of it but people really do need to be aware of this because it really will change the whole dynamic of your stay.. It’s soo f*cking awful!! It’s the 23rd September’23 and we have a few days left on our holiday.. We have tried to endure our stay but it has been hard.. I know that we will be skipping out the doors at check-out! There’s soo many negatives to this place that the only positive is that it pushes you to stay out elsewhere (see new places). All of this does come at a hefty cost though especially after already paying a decent amount initially.. The food is very scarce. There’s no steam in sight nor is there any hot-plates to keep the food warm. There is not a toaster in sight nor does it have sliced/loaf toast. You have to pay extra for orange juice. The bar only has 1 bottle of vodka which is served with flat soft drinks which is of a poor quality to what is on the label. There is one type of beer which doesn’t have a bubble insight either. The ice is kept in a sandwich bag within an open lidded cooler box which does also have flat & warm white wine in. The bar is open between 10am/10pm. There is no music and hasn’t seen entertainment within the vicinity. There is no staff interaction and the hotel consists of pretty much Russians only.. I welcome all races but even a smile wouldn’t go a miss.. I would say that I have to sleep with one eye open as the plaster is falling off of the ceiling above my bed, though I’m scared that my eye would be taking one for the team.. The refrigerator in the room does not work, nor does the safe (even though it is an additional cost). There are also security risks. The Wi-Fi is hit and miss but is restricted to parts of the lobby area. I’m not even wanting to start on the pool.. Poor, just poor and surrounded by a stink of sewerage connected to derelict wasteland .. Do yourselves a favour and save your time, money and mental well-being .. Steer clear to avoid sheer disappointment! Honestly

Food awful no choice Barman miserable Bedrooms basic and we paid £300 more for week to upgrade Pool was ok Not a lot of choice for drinks on all inclusive It’s full board on food not all inclusive, no music only air coming bedroom Won’t go again if it was free
