Brilliant 10 days away with my family, rooms are cleaned everyday by friendly maids, all food and drink throughout the hotel is fresh with waiters more than happy to help you with anything at all. There was Entertainment on every night we stayed at the hotel with a friendly young gentleman ‘Yunus’ who gave us brilliant service and went above and beyond to make our holiday fantastic, even giving us pool side service!! The only downside to this hotel that we found was the demeanour of people this place attracts, most nights there was rowdy adults getting into arguments and shouting around the hotel which spoils it for everyone else. Thank you for having us, I’m sure we will be back

Came here with my sister to have a massage and it was lovely and Turkish bath it was that good I said to my husband you got to try it I he tried it and I booked a second massage and honey rub it was lovely he looked at that much he came back again for a honey rub cuz he wants his half the experience again it's fabulous marvelous stuff beautiful massage and I'm really really professional

This is the second time in green nature resort and spa, we came last year 2023 in June. This time round. I would start with the check in, we arrived and I asked if we had a good view, we was told by the guy at reception, yes it is a good room and good view. You can see from the pictures it isn't. My kids are young and this is his last out of term holiday before he starts reception. Worst room view ever we have had in our lives. We are here for 14 days. The food is repetitive, with mainly chicken (cheap food) The fact the kids have to pay for arcade games and jumping is a joke, you would expect it to be included in a all in inclusive. We asked reception 3 times to change room and they said guest relations will call you, the view of this pool we have is across the road and has mould growing and my son said yukky. I paid all this money for THIS! Not once has guest relations called us and we have 6 days left. I did say if nothing is to be done I'll leave a review, so here it is. The location is a little far from the main ***** but the pool makes up for it. The type of guests that come have little respect and are your typical holiday brits, swearing and drinking. The entertainment is a little vulgar with the performers wearing little to nothing and I don't want to Subject my son to this, so we left.

Where to begin? This has been the best holiday ever. People complain and all I can say is why is any holiday perfect? No! However the hotel was so clean, the food was amazing plenty of choice the staff could not do enough for you which is amazing considering how rude so many guests are to them. The restaurant staff amazing also the bar staff most who work seven days a week and are expected to smile no matter how horrible some people are nothing was to much trouble for anyone. Room service was incredible the extra touches above and beyond. It's amazing what a little smile, respect, kindness can get you. Please tip it's not expected but if you knew how hard they work it's just the right thing to do. The choice of cocktails included was super and not cheap and weak so be warned lol. The evening entertainment was great that brings me onto the entertainment team. The best ever they only have Sunday of and from 10 am until 23.00 everyday the work so hard to make your holiday the best I could go on and on but I am 56 years old and have never had a holiday this good use the spar incredible value had Tattoos done at hotel all facilities 1st class. Can not wait to return.

Very good hotel brilliant holiday start to finish food plentiful drinks very good apart from the machine coffee staff friendly pool good, yes hotel is busy never encountered rude staff always friendly and helpful, rooms in main block a bit dated but fine for sleeping in only problem was the shower overflowed in the bathroom, air con didn’t work and the walls are paper thin but still didn’t waste a great holiday the salad was great and if anyone knows where I can buy and the name of the seasoning they had to put on the chips lol it was amazing overall I would recommend the hotel and plan on returning with my children 🙂

We had an amazing 11 days here. Food was lovely, rooms comfortable & clean & all the staff very helpful & friendly. We did a Jeep Safari & Boat Trip booked through the man at the hotel, picked up & dropped off at the hotel. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Me my girlfriend and our 2 children spent a week hereat green nature resort and we can honestly say that we had a really good time here...everything you need in a hotel good food and drink,friendly staff,aqua park with 4 slides,evening entertainment and a really clean complex throughout the whole place,would definitely return here well worth a big thumbs up Thankyou for a lovely relaxing stay green nature hopefully see you again in the future.

Avoid if you want a decent holiday!!! No way is this a 5 star hotel, rude staff and disgusting customer service, first day we had to move rooms because the flooding from the bathroom shower and after complaining the staff made me feel it was my fault, didn’t even say sorry after talking in Turkish that I had done something, the drains were sealed and I had no apology!! The customer relations and staff management are a joke and very rude!! Especially the blonde lady, after misplacing my bag with money and personal items in they made me feel a hindrance for help and couldn’t even take the time to reassure me and help me, I was distraught at the level of disrespect and actually she made my mental health go through the roof!!! Apparently too busy to help the customers in a job she’s paid todo, Avoid this hotel the day we left one off the staff members took pictures of a little girl and misused them for his own purposes, very frightening and not safe!!! I cannot believe this hotel is aloud such matters to happen and no help for the customers who pay hundreds of pounds!!! Never ever will I respect this hotel, they ruined my holiday from start to finish!!!
