Family-Friendly Environment: This hotel is highly praised for its family-friendly environment, particularly the kids club, where staff like Libby, Elisha, and Brogan received consistent accolades for their exceptional care, especially for children with additional needs.

Third time visiting this hotel in just over a year, we absolutely love it here, All the staff are fantastic, especially Abdurrahman, he goes above and beyond and is a big part of the reason we returned the 2nd and 3rd time I would also like to mention a couple of the other waiters (Zubeyer and Aygun) they’re all an absolutely credit to green nature resort. Entertainment staff are amazing (don and team work so hard) Food can be very repetitive but always something to eat. House keepers work so hard and are so friendly. Very close to main *****, a short bus ride to bazar and Icmeler. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you again Abduurahman (Appo) You made our holiday so special, not just a friend but part of our family, we will see you again soon

I would recommend Turkey to everyone. We went with jet2 Done the River cruise to turtle beach was fantastic day. Mustafa the tour guide for jet2 was fabulous so full of information. So close to being the best – but the evenings (and a few other things) let it down. We’ve just returned from an 11-night stay at this hotel, and while there’s so much to love, there are also some real frustrations that stop it from being an “absolutely would return” destination. It’s right on the edge of greatness — a few improvements would take it from good to exceptional. --- What was brilliant: Fantastic family facilities: The outdoor areas are genuinely impressive. There’s a great five-a-side football pitch and a basketball court — both of which were big hits with our children. But what really stood out was how safe these specific areas were. Let me be clear — I’m only talking about these two zones here: the football pitch and basketball court are completely enclosed, with high fences topped with barbed wire and no access from the outside. Kids can’t scale the fencing to wander off, and no one can climb in from the street. As parents, that gave us real peace of mind. You can let the kids play freely without worrying they’ll end up outside the resort grounds. Slides and pools: The slides are brilliant — fast, fun, and suitable for both kids and adults. Pools were clean, plenty of sunbeds available, and staff kept things well maintained. The staff – a standout feature: Every single staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and professional. From reception to entertainment, chefs, waiters, and housekeeping — they all created a genuinely positive, welcoming vibe. We never experienced poor service, and that really elevated the whole stay. Bar service and drinks: Bar staff were prompt and efficient, with a decent selection of drinks — local beers, soft drinks, unbranded spirits, iced coffees, and even Baileys. The spirits are quite weak (one whisky we saw was just 19%), but given Türkiye’s relaxed drinking culture, that wasn’t unexpected. We just grabbed a branded bottle from a shop to top up our mixers — problem solved. Food quality and variety: The restaurant is large and well-run, with a truly impressive range of food. From Turkish favourites to international staples, there’s something for everyone. You could easily enjoy: A full English breakfast each morning — eggs, sausages, beans, hash browns, toast. Family-friendly options for picky eaters like burgers, chips, nuggets, and pizza. Lighter bites like sushi, fresh salads, and grilled vegetables. Hot chocolate and a good coffee selection. A wide variety of lovely desserts — cakes, pastries, and fruit that changed daily. Everything was replenished quickly, tables cleared efficiently, and even at peak times it didn’t feel chaotic. A real highlight of the stay. WiFi – surprisingly excellent: No charges, and it worked everywhere. We were getting speeds of 20–30 Mbps — more than enough for streaming, video calls and social media. Great to see a resort not cashing in on WiFi like many others do. --- What really let it down: Evening entertainment – poorly planned and extreme

I’ll start with the good points Bed is extremely comfy Bar is well stocked Maids are lovely, bottled water each day, shower is strong, rooms are clean, staff are friendly Food is plentiful Now on to the bad points The aircon is old and is more like a jail aircon than an actual system, when we arrived the balcony door was broken. Our shower drain is also broken with cracks in the floor, dangerous as it could easily slice your foot open Day 4 in to our holiday and we’re both sick. Vomiting and diareahh we’ve been confined to our room for 2 days solid Kids and adults picking up food with hands, taking bites out of food and leaving it on the counter which has probably caused our illness. Bar and pool areas messy, drinks and food everywhere. Spillages on stairs which haven’t been cleaned up, pool area massively slippy witnessed a few people falling over. Would I return? Not a chance I’ll go to the diamond next time

Green Nature Resort Review This is our second visit to Green Nature Resort within the past 12 months, and overall, we found the hotel and resort to be very good, especially for families. To provide a comprehensive review, I’ve broken it down into key sections. Check-In The staff at the check-in desk were exceptionally polite and helpful. The bellboy service, which assists with luggage and escorts you to your room, was a standout feature—highly recommended, though it’s worth having some cash on hand to tip them. Rooms The rooms are clean but show signs of being dated. For a family of four, including a toddler, storage is a significant limitation, with only one wardrobe offering limited space. We stayed in Block A (Club A) on the 5th floor. We encountered a few issues: the towel rail fell off the wall, the curtain tie hooks came loose, and the safe malfunctioned. These were promptly reported to Erva, the customer relations manager, who addressed them swiftly and ensured our concerns were resolved, going above and beyond to make our holiday enjoyable. The balcony was spacious. That said, I suspect the rooms in the main building may be slightly better. Pool Area The resort features two pool areas. The larger family pool includes water slides (suitable for ages 2-5 and 10-12) and offers plenty of sunbeds, though those around the main pool are often claimed early. The poolside can become hot and slippery, so I recommend pool shoes for young children. The pool games in the main pool add a fun element. Pools: 5/5 Sunbed Availability: 3/5 Restaurants The resort has two main restaurants, with a third option, the Terrace Bar, which is not included in the all-inclusive package and incurs an extra cost. The main restaurant is spacious but can get crowded, making it challenging to find a table during peak times. Aside from Yusuf, who was notably helpful, the staff often seemed disinterested. They frequently sighed or appeared reluctant when assisting, even with simple requests like ordering a drink while I managed the children and their food. However, the food itself was excellent—varied, well-presented, and faultless. The snack bar by the smaller pool serves food from 12:00 to 17:00, but the staff there also seemed unenthusiastic about serving. Food: 4/5 Staff: 2/5 Kids’ Club I have two children, aged 7 and 2. My 2-year-old could join the club with a parent, or we could opt for a babysitting service at £10 per hour to leave them unattended. The kids’ club has undergone a refurbishment and is clean and modern. However, there were few toys available for play, and the staff showed limited interaction with the children, often sitting or chatting among themselves. There was no structured timetable or organized activities, which was disappointing. The soft play area, though, was a positive feature for younger kids. Entertainment The entertainment team deserves praise for their hard work and high energy. The shows were consistently enjoyable and well worth watch

Second time at this hotel. The hotel is great, rooms are cleaned every day with free bottles of water in your fridge. Staff are lovely. I felt the food was a bit more repetitive than last year but still always managed to find something to eat. Downfall is there is no sound proofing in the rooms therefore you can hear word for word your neighbours talking especially in the bathroom.
