Fabulous hotel and great location. Rooms clean and kept clean by fabulous staff. Food was ok dinner is disappointing prefer a sit down option as the buffet means food is often cold by the time you sit down. The only issue is the sun chairs.towels left for full day and people never returning to use them this was everyday it means others have no opportunity to sun bathe.

Hotel is lovely a lot of choose of foods and delicious about rooms they cleaning every they and during day there is a lot of choice to enjoy your holiday first time here definitely we will come back especially the entertainment was brilliant all what we saw all reviews was not disappointed thanks to everyone

From the moment we arrived we were made welcome and felt totally safe. At check in we filled in the usual paperwork plus a health questionnaire. The concierge service was lovely. Social distancing and plenty of free masks and sanitiser, were placed all over. The staff were friendly and always clearing up or chatting to the guests. It was busy but never did you feel crowded. The food was lovely and again, being all inclusive you just pointed to what you wanted and staff served you. The entertainment catered for all ages and nationalities and there again the crew worked tirelessly in searing heat and long hours.A fabulous holiday we will definitely be going back later this year.

Everything is very nice, the staff is about clean hygienic soft drinks as much as you want, the evening animations are beautiful, the only thing that is not good is the food services, yes they have taken precautions due to the pandemic, but there are many queues for hours to get food. This part was not good at all. this wouldn't have happened if they let them buy it. Afterwards there was no mess at the hotel in the dead sea and hygiene was at the forefront.

There is a parking problem in the facility. By chance, I had to park in a random place on the side street. There was no help with the luggage at the entrance and exit. Our room was large and clean, but the bed and pillow were very uncomfortable. The food was very rich. The food was delicious. We were very full. The sea was not very clean. The pool and water slides were fun.
