When we first arrived at the hotel, we noticed that the air conditioning was not working in any of the common areas. During our stay, the air conditioning in the lobby and restaurant did not work at all. The reason was that it was blowing. We waited for a while until the room was ready. During this period, even though it was lunch time, no one said "welcome, come eat" etc. When we first entered the room, two people were repairing the safety deposit box in the room with the door open. Of course, we did not leave a safe deposit box there during the holiday. The room was filthy, the shower cabin was broken and looked like it hadn't been dusted for years. My wife and I did the cleaning together. On the second day, we asked for cleaning again, but they just changed the sheets and took the garbage away. They did not provide a baby bed for my 1 year old baby for 4 nights, even though I requested it every day. There was insufficient staff. They were interesting enough to gossip about the hotel owner with us when we first arrived. During the meal in the restaurant section, I even witnessed an employee with a vacuum cleaner in his hand, removing dust from the dishes. During our stay, we could not find a place to sit in the restaurant at least three times and waited in the lobby. I have never encountered a service that ends at 22:30 in the "all inclusive" concept in the hotels I have stayed in. Thank you, they kept this alive too. For your information, even water is charged after 22:30. Also, the food in the restaurant is extremely simple and fake. So one of the three main dishes for dinner was boiled carrots. You understand. Same goes for drinks. There is only one elevator in the hotel and it is extremely busy. The location of the hotel is nice and in a place where there is no excessive noise. The real problem is parking your car. Parking fees are around 40 TL. I will never go my way again. It is a business that has major problems, especially regarding hygiene. I don't recommend it to anyone.

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. ***meat is good. The food is very clean and delicious. Employees ***et gentleman. Whether Mr. Sezgin or Mr. Emrah, they immediately resolve any problems or deficiencies. Apart from this, the children working in the restaurant and pool bar are respectful and hardworking. In summary, if I go to Marmaris again, I will stay here again. Note: 50 meters from the sea. The location is great.
