Blue Bay Platinum

A very enjoyable stay at this hotel, this is our second visit and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are very comfortable, cleaned every day and all provisions supplied. The hotel itself is busy, but always sun beds available , again very clean. Food can be had in the snack bar areas or in the main dining room, I personally liked the dining room as the attention of all the staff especially Deniz was second to none, there was plenty to choose from albeit choose what time you liked or to eat as getting a table at busy times can be hard. All in all I would return to this hotel and recommend it to all who like the all inclusive experience.

On our last evening here. We've had a fantastic 6 nights. Weather has been awesome only one cloudy day which we used for shopping in marmaris and I got my hair done at the hotels on site hairdresser. Chris and his team have done an amazing job and half the price of my hairdresser at home. Might even squeeze in my nails before I fly home. There's a tattoo shop and spa on site too but I didn't visit. The room is lovely, massive shower, water in fridge every day, clean and comfortable. You can pay a supplement if you want English TV but we didn't spend much time in our room. Supplement for in room safe too. Forgot my toothbrush but was able to quickly get one at the on site supermarket. The supermarket down the road is cheaper but for convenience the one in the hotel is great for snacks and essentials. We had an overnight flight and delayed 2 hours but were greeted here at 7am with smiles and a porter to take us to our room for a nap or we could have gone straight to breakfast. The driver from our TUI transfer mini bus offered us cold refreshments at Dalaman for the journey and Turkish delight. After 90mins napping on the bus I had forgotten all about it until he chased us into the hotel lobby demanding £4 for the refreshments. I was so tired and dopey i should have realised there would be a charge. The hotel food is good enough. Very repetitive after a week. Definitely couldn't do another week on the same food. Mexican night and Chinese night were my favourite. In the day the pizza and ice cream and patisserie were to die for. Also the iced coffee mid morning was perfect before having alcohol. There was never a fight for sunbeds. 90% of guests were British and it's not peak season yet so we never had to get up early. They don't really condone reserving sunbeds before 7am here. Not much to do here compared to other destinations I've been to. We took the excursion to Rhodes for a day to break up our week. Ive also been to hotels with a more varied entertainment programme. There's a few animation team members trying to organise darts and pool in the day and evening entertainment is 9.30-11pm which was mainly dance shows and karaoke one night. All in all a fantastic week considering we only booked 10 days ago. Next time I wouldn't bother exchanging to Lire as everything is in pounds or euros anyway. Even the shops along the road advertise in pounds.

An absolutely great stay staff were all so friendly and helpful couldn’t do enough for you we stayed mainly around the adults pool and would like to give Alex a special mention he was brilliant made sure we was comfortable and there was always a drink ready if you wanted one also our Rep Michelle was great always on hand to help

Stayed here for 4 days following cruise. Speedy check in procedure Rooms/ hotel spotless Plenty of food choices. Short walk to beach across track.. no AI at beach Staff were very helpful and attentive Mainly used adult only pool ..no issues with beds etc

The staff and reps are amazing at blue bay platinum! They go above and beyond to make your holiday enjoyable! Alfie and Charlie are very kind and welcoming making every moment rememberable ! If you are coming to blue bay ask for them :) We will definitely be looking to coming back :)

Hotel was spot on, great staff couldn’t do enough for you. The entertainment was amazing especially Alfie and Charlie ask for them if you come here. Food was amazing and loads of choices changed every day which was good! The night time time entertainment was incredible and they have outside teams come and do activities and shows which was great! The Friday night party’s are wild so there’s something for everyone. HOTEL WAS SPOTLESS ALWAYS!

This hotel was part of a cruise and stay. The cruise was very good so to finish off the two week holiday I was hoping for a good hotel. I was not disappointed. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and the staff cleaned 24hours a day. The food was excellent and the choices available for every meal time would suit all palates. The friendly staff in both the restaurant and poolside couldn’t do enough for you. A big shout out for Alex at the Adults only bar who always had a smiling face and friendly word. I didn’t need to ask and the drink was always brought to me. Also a shout out for the restaurant staff especially Turkes and Yusuf who were friendly and helpful at all meal times. This hotel is ideal for families the entertainment for children was excellent. Would I come again? Definitely.

Most enjoyable week spent at the blue bay, the waiting staff in the restaurant were first class, especially ockan who attended our every need,and nothing was too much for him to do he was exceptional. Yusof another member of staff was very helpful too. I would like these comments to be passed on to Cabbar.

Blue bay platinum hotel is amazing, the rooms are clean and tidy, the cleaners are very friendly. The pools are clean and loads of space. The entertainment team are incredible Tyler, Sarah, Alfie and Charlie loads of different games for everyone both kids and adults. They are very friendly, upbeat and always up for a laugh. The waiters are also really friendly came as a family of 5 and can normally feel a burden in restraints however not once have we felt that here. Ridvan (jimmy) also works tirelessly and very friendly. Hopefully be back soon 😊
