I cannot stress enough how strongly I advise against staying at the Green Park Apartments in Marmaris. My experience there was absolutely appalling, and I wouldn't want anyone else to suffer through what I did. Upon arrival we were immediately separated from our children and placed in different blocks. I was given a ground-floor room which I had requested due to walking difficulties caused by disabilities that was nothing short of disgusting. I had a niggly feeling about the email reply I received asking if anyone in either room had difficulty walking. The room was filthy, with ants crawling on the furniture and a view of a dumping ground from the bedroom window. The balcony was equally unpleasant, with a view of brick walls and empty beer crates. The layout of the apartments was also extremely dangerous, with a poorly lit corridor and a step that could easily cause an accident. We moved out at our own expense because we were short on time and would have had to wait 48 hours for Jet2 to move us which wasn't feasible as we were only staying 4 nights. I have attached photos of the room to illustrate the appalling conditions. Please, do not waste your money on these apartments consider other accommodation options in Marmaris. This place is not worth the risk or the money, I felt like a second class citizen and it's not acceptable to treat disabled people this way.

Stayed for a week 12th oct 2024 and I feel like I need another holiday to get over thus one , where do I start arrived and was shown to our room celblock D room 317 room basic ,clean, lounge with air-conditioning in ? there two sofas ,chairs & table, balcony has 3 chair & table ,two balcony in need of painting and brighting up, bedroom two single beds ,bedside cabinet, wardrobe, small dressing table with mirror great for doing my hair and make up, bathroom small and serviceable, shower was great hot and powerful. Pool area needed cleaning and arranging sad people up early to put there towels on the sun loungers . Bar & restaurant area was OK staff friendly and helpful, food we only ate once, a breakfast was fine . Overall the hotel should warn you that it loud and in the area that music is played very loud and there is a music war with all the other bars until 2am at the earliest then the shouting starts after that your lucky if you get 3 hours sleep a night . Wouldn't be returning there again or recommending this hotel .

Our stay at Green Park Apartments in Marmaris was nothing short of a disaster. The hotel is advertised as family-friendly, but it’s far from it. The property is rundown, desperately in need of upgrades, and has the worst noise levels I've ever experienced. Loud music blasted until 4 AM every night, and guests were constantly shouting and partying outside our room. The doors didn’t fit the frames properly, allowing every bit of noise to come straight in. Despite our complaints, the hotel refused to move us, claiming it was "just unlucky." Since we couldn’t get any sleep at night, we tried to catch up on rest during the afternoons when the hotel was quieter. But even this was impossible because the cleaning staff hounded us repeatedly during our last few days. On two separate occasions, they woke us up from afternoon naps just to remind us about the tip envelope. This was both unnecessary and incredibly intrusive, especially after the sleepless nights we’d already endured. On top of all this, there was a 10-hour power cut that left us without electricity, meaning we couldn’t keep food fresh or sterilize bottles for our baby. The hotel staff were completely indifferent, offering no help at all. If you’re looking for a relaxing, family-friendly hotel, avoid Green Park Apartments. It’s rundown, noisy, and the staff will even disturb your rest to ask for tips. Absolutely awful experience from start to finish.

Stayed here many times and the greeting you get from staff when you arrive is excellent. They can't do enough for you. Pool area is great and always looks clean. The food is brilliant. We done 5 days half board aswell. Staff can't do enough for you always make you feel welcome and like family . We have never had a bad experience and if you have a problem they will all try their best to sort it. Cleaners are lovely always have a smile on their face. Apartment was clean and tidy. We have already booked to go back next year with family.

Lets start with the negatives...We arrived at 11pm and was given room 215, as soon as we walked into the room the air was thick with cigarette smoke, it smelt like someone had been smoking in there all day. It was also dark and very dated and also extremely loud with music from nearby " fun " pubs. We attempted to open the curtain to the balcony and this fell off the wall!! We quickly went back to reception and politely requested a different room, the man on reception was very helpful and we were then given a top floor room in the eves, much more modern and not as noisy, however we were still shocked at how noisy the area was....so glad we had ear plugs! We tried the pool, but the area around it was quite tired and yet again loud rubbish trance music was playing, this really put us off spending any time there as did the fact that we asked for a drinks menu to look at prices and order but the young waiters seemed much more interested in the large group sitting and drinking at the large table, the menu never came so we didnt get any drinks. There was also trance/house music playing in the restaurant and bar one evening when we were thinking on having drinks there, we walked out as it was really unpleasant.  The safe is advertised at £20 per week, mum went down to pay and get the key and was then quoted £30!? The room looked clean but there was a lot of dust on the floor every day, we were constantly washing our feet! Also found it odd that the cleaner knocked on our door the morning of last day with an envelope asking for tips, we always tip in room but felt it pushy and uncomfortable. The positives, late check out at 12pm, comfortableish beds, plenty of storage, beautiful views of the mountains, some nice restaurants and bars nearby. 20 mins walk to the front, 25 to castle/old town/bazaar. Lots to do in the area i.e excursions which are great value for money, plenty of dolmus buses about to get out and explore. Overall you get what you play for, however it wasn't for us, felt a bit like an 18-30 type resort at times, the hotel is too dated/tired and way too loud. Not really sure why its rated so highly. We are used to basic self catering apartments and feel we are quite easily pleased and not pushy however this place really did fall short. We would return to Marmaris but not Armutalam, there is better hotels for similar prices in this area too.
