It was a very different hotel from the pictures. Although our bed was cleaned, there were hairs on the sheets, the floors were always dirty, the food was really bad. Staff were very unhappy. We saw the staff helping the service at the beginning of the meal the next day. They are obviously very tired. Although the price was affordable, we expected them to be a little more attentive. The pool was big and clean. But we could never find sunbeds for the sea, we always went to other beaches, even if they were too small. There were 20 sun loungers. We caught him by the pool twice, at 3 o'clock. Unfortunately, we would never recommend to come again.

good staff. clean pool area. food are good but somehow repetitious. Our room was on the first floor, and the bottom of our room was where the hotel workers were passing by, so it was very noisy ! but it was clean and spacious. Marmaris is a beautiful city . we had a lot of fun and joy .

Absolutely amazing hotel so clean the cleaners would always make different things on the childrens beds staff all very friendly and always played with the children Shop and jewellery shop staff were also lovely Also on our departure as we had a late evening flight home the manager made sure we took some food for us and the children we will definitely be coming back to stay here again thank you to all of you

Annemle çıktığımız bu tatilden çok memnun kaldık. Sürekli yemek servisi vardı ve çok lezzetliydi. Konum ve hizmet konusunda da mükemmeller. Personelleri güler yüzlü ve çok yardımcı oluyorlar. Gönül rahatlığıyla ailenizle tatil yapacağız bir otel. Herkese tavsiye ediyorum.

Kayamaris is a wonderful holiday resort hotel. The restaurant manager, Sehinaz is very good, well experienced and high hospitality service she has. All the restaurants, receptionist and domestic are supper. The hair dressing salon is wonderful and their SPA (Turkishbath, facial massage ++) is AMAZING. I WILL COME AGAIN

The hotel itself seems to have been refurbished . The rooms are clean and bright with new aircon . The pool is clean and the staff are friendly . The cleaners are thorough and we had our room cleaned daily. The food is terrible!!! So much so that we ate out several times. Breakfast being ok as they do fresh omelettes. The bar staff work hard and the drinks were good. They are always smiling. Entertainment ZERO. There wasn’t any at all. Neither was there late snacks at the bar as advertised by the hotel. I would stay at the hotel again but only as the hotel itself was ok.close to the beach and next to a taxi rank and bus stop. Plenty of shops close and a supermarket .

This is my second time coming to this hotel, (first was 2016) i can not fault the place , great value for money, and get what you paid for, staff friendly and always happy to help in any way, Tesco Tony thank you for recommended the spa, I felt well pampered and refreshed 😊, we were a party of 7 with four rooms and were all happy with our stay, can't wait to return soon.. thank you team kayamaris 👏👏
