First time I've put a review on TripAdvisor and thought this was worthy of saying. First time as a family of four with two teenagers in marmaris and it didn't disappoint. Very good impressions of the hotel and we stayed in the main building. Rooms where clean and a good size. The only downside is even though it was around 22 degrees at night the air con was quite poor considering, I imagine in the summer it could be a struggle. But that is really the only bad point, everything else from the facilities, the staff, the food was fantastic and would love to visit again. The jetty and private beach was great and we kept ourselves busy with days out, particularly good fun was the buggies and quad bikes and horse riding. Turtle beach boat trip was also lovely. Staff were very nice and accomdating, even the security and the cleaners where top class. We went at the end of October hoping into November so end of season and it was just busy enough for us with plenty to do. Definitely recommend at this time of year if your happy with mid twenties weather which we was!

The rooms were dirty , water leaked from the ceiling , carpet was sopping wet. Staff could not be bothered to assist and spent all their time On their mobile phones and chatting. Worst five star hotel I have ever stayed at.

Negative points.......... Booked and paid for a Promo room because we wanted the extra bed/space. We were given a very small bedroom, no extra bed and 1 blanket. When we asked we were told that was the allocated room. During our stay a dance convention was held. Extremely busy and noisy which meant the hotel, dining and all communal areas were taken over by these guests with little concern for other paying guests. I think the hotel should have forewarned about this so you can make an informed decision about staying. The food in the main dining room was acceptable but nothing more. The coffee in the main dining room was disgusting. We booked a holiday to relax but unfortunately it was quite the opposite. Positive............. The gardens are lovely and well looked after. The room was kept clean and towels changed daily. The jetty was a lovely place to sit. The a la carte steak restaurant was really nice and the staff were very good. The coffee corner is the place for a better tasting coffee.

Our third, two week holiday here in 1 year. First of all, the staff are amazing. The cleaners and care takers keep the place spotless. They are all happy and pleasant to the guests. The entertainment staff work hard. A special shout out to Egemen and Murat. The bar staff are so friendly and efficient. Give them a little respect, and they will serve on you hand and foot. Speail shout out to Murat, Emir, Emre, Ridvan, Ahmet, Ali, Ali, and Senem. The manager, Sahin, was always asking if everything was ok. The hotel is in an absolutely beautiful spot. It's breath taking. The gardens are kept immaculate. Well done to all of the groundsmen. The food is plentiful and varied. We never had a problem finding something delicious to eat. The steakhouse al a carte was gorgeous. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Chinese and the Turkish meals. We will be back in October. We can't wait to see everyone.

This is my second time here and I absolutely love it, the bar staff, reception, sports entertainment team are amazing. Egemen is the sports animator and he is amazing also, our baby boy loves him every time he seen him and really looks after all the people here.

Excellent resort; great food selections, fantastic, helpful staff and our children loved it here too. I’ve always steered clear of package holidays, but this experience means I’ll definitely be back for more. As an all-inclusive resort you could not fault it: tasteful, relaxing and catering for all types of holiday-makers. The staff were professional and extremely helpful. The evening entertainment was good and the food was excellent!

Just back last weekend from an amazing stay. The landscaping gives the hotel the feel as if you are in a forested area next to the coast. The facilities are top quality and it is well worth exploring as there is an adjoining hotel with spa, sauna, heated outdoor pool etc. A special call out to the tea bar, coffee corner and of course Deniz and team at the pool bar. The food was brilliant in the buffet selection. We deliberately cancelled one of the al a carte meals offered in favour of the buffet. My final shout out and appreciation goes to Murat and Egeman from the entertainment team. They work tirelessly to get to know the guests and make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The activities organised whether it was darts, water polo, volleyball or pilates were excellent. In addition the night time entertainment was amazing. My 14 year old daughter and I had a great time clubbing away at the beach party. A hotel set in picturesque surroundings, good food and drink, and amazing staff. I've never said it before of any place, I will go back to the grand yazici.

Currently on day 3 of our 10’day holiday me and my husband have food poisoning we seen the on site doctor and were informed approx 34 people have it. Pool is empty during the day because of it Staff aren’t bothered. Dont stay here the quality of food is awful and luke warm anyway

U can’t fail it !! Just can’t!! Whoever put anything negative about this hotel - need to sort his/her life out 😂. It just holiday to remember and the resort u can’t wait to get back to ❤️ From icmeler to marmaris u won’t find better place than this one. And top star of this hotel is night barmen manager Emir 💪💪❤️❤️. Just one of the best person i’ve EVER MET IN MY LIFE !!! It’s not just about getting top cocktails and looking after us in the best way possible, but it just PERSONALITY WHO STAYS IN UR MEMORIES FOREVER ❤️❤️❤️💪💪💪👊👊👊 Jazici Turban club is well blessed to have such Guy working for them and 101% shall put this fella in charge of all the bars any soon 🙌🙌🙌 Also massive thank to entertainment team guided but professional manager Murat !!
