our first time in turkey and its was amazing we hope we will come again next year.. in hotel all the entertainment staff was amazing.. before forget handsome jo was amazing he is really funny and fun.. everyrhing is was good but only not restaurant staff and bar staff was not bad.

Stayed her and actually had a really good time the animation Team Are Top Lads always getting people involved. Shout out to Dino and Jo you guys made our holiday. Grounds are clean Maids are always working hard along with bar staff practically everyone does. Would definitely come again. ☺️

Not happy…checked reviews before booking cost an arm and a leg on the booking with TUI all inclusive and we could not eat the food. It cost us 1700.00 quid to eat and drink out. Could not get round the pool over ten days did not do any sun bathing as could not get a sun bed. Too many kids the hotel is over run with kids screaming and running round the dining area and pool. The all inclusive snack bar was a Que a mile long so did not eat there. All in all a nightmare of a holiday. Won’t return.

I have came to this hotel 3 times now and I seriously cannot fault it. Do not believe all the negative reviews! The food is great and the entertainment team go out of their way all day everyday to make sure that you are enjoying it! I’d like to give a special mention to Dino,Rio,Curly,Ozzy,Joe and Oscar. I can’t wait to be back!

Just returned from our second holiday at this hotel . Anyone reading bad reviews on this place please totally ignore them … this is an amazing place and cannot find fault with it at all - last year we were a party of 22 and this year a party of 7 . The food is superb , with a massive display of freshly cooked dishes , morning , noon and night . There is something for everyone - The hotel staff are forever cleaning and every area is spotless All the staff from reception / management to the cleaners and entertainment staff, bend over backwards to help you. The entertainment staff do all they can to make your holiday fun Security staff deal with any issues promptly - yes we did see a fight but this is not the hotels fault , this is down to the people who cannot handle their drink ( these people could be at any hotel next year ) and the hotel staff are fast and efficient to deal with the problem… Do not let bad reviews put you off this hotel - you will Really miss out !!!

One of the best family hotels we’ve been to!! Nothing is ever too much for the staff at this hotel especially the entertainment team who work so hard all day and every day to ensure that everyone is included and are having the best time they can! The entertainment team really make this holiday extra special and we cannot wait to come back already

Had a rocky start with the room but staff soon made it better for us. food was spot on lovely staff and people. entertainment was really good. Reps ozan , curly never stopped making us feel good , fantastic at what they do. defos coming back again.
