Premier Inn Marlborough

With a Premier Inm you know what to expect. At the Marlborough Premier Inn you get all the perks - clean and quiet modern rooms, comfortable beds and linens, modern amenities, plenty of outlets to charge electronics… it is efficient and very nice. In the warmer months the AC is so refreshing! The main bonus is the lovely staff. In my last stay Chef Jamie made the perfect eggs for me, and Oyo was so attentive. The management do a great job and it shows.special thanks to Bethan.

Ok hotel, clean room but bed not as comfortable as expected. Cooked breakfast from the buffet was inedible and I was not offered a freshly cooked option. Several breakfast items were not available. We had waited until after the rush but there was virtually nothing left. The manager offered a refund but that has not been made

I recently stayed at Premier Inn Marlborough, and I was genuinely impressed by the experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay. Hotel was perfectly located staff very helpful and welcoming rooms were great. Travelling with family to visit a few attractions in the area. This site was ideal for Highclere castle and bristol and Travelling on to Beaulieu and Bournemouth.

Stayed with mum as a pre mother's day treat to Swindon outlet, can honestly say one of the best Premier Inns I've stayed in with the most amazing and professional staff. Rebin on reception when we checked in apologised for the rudeness of a guest checking in before us, he quickly booked us in for evening meal and breakfast then gave keys. Room was as expected, made up single bed was super comfy, and had added bonus of a shower instead of bath, welcomed by us both. Rebin was on duty again for dinner, polite, efficient and a real asset to the premises. Dinner was good, not the full range on menu but found this to be a problem in other Premier Inn restaurants I've stayed in past couple months. Breakfast was plentiful, again pleasant, happy staff. On leaving Rebin was helping out housekeeping and made an effort to say hope our stay was well. Will have no hesitation in returning here, everything was just perfect.

We enjoyed a short stay at this Premier Inn, having a standard room on the third floor. It was warm and clean and provided all we needed for an overnight stay. We had breakfast before we left and, as the number of guests was low, our breakfast order was taken and served at our table. Freshly cooked and very tasty. Service from the staff throughout was good but the service at breakfast was excellent. The hotel was easy to find and very near to a large Tesco Store, conveniently located a short distance from the Premier Inn.
